Would someone please help me out by answering the following Newbie questions please.
1. Is there a method, using either the map, or people and places, or both, to filter out agents. I just want to select level 2 agents who are in Security, or Survellance, can I do this ?
2. If I can afford augmentation implants in slots 1 - 5 (or some of 'em ) will it speed up my learning training ? Especially slot 2 Memory and Slot 4 Intelligence ?
Thanks in anticipation - Jangor

You can Show Info on the corp you want to work for and go to the Agents tab. I find this more usefull then looking at the map which tends to light up like an Xmas tree if I try to look for agents there.
Yes, Dropping in the right implants will help you train the learning skills. They will bost your attributes and thus reduce the training time.

Thanks a lot Myiesha. I thought it would be the case for learning skills, but as a newbie - best to check.
I haven't joined a corp yet, and the Pator Tech School doesn't show as one on the map. However, I was able to limit my search to Minmater space only - it still lit up but not quite as much.
Thanks again - Jangor

You don't have to work for the Corp your in, in fact most people dont. You can work for any Corp you have standing for.
So for example if you want to work for Lai-Dai.. You can Show Info on Lai-Dai and go to the agents tab and get the information.

A pretty quick and easy way to find the agents you want is to use your "Standings" window. Open up your Character Sheet from the navicom and find the standings tab.
Remember, the level and quality of the agents you can use is limited by your standing with a particular corp. If you don't have many individual corps listed in the "Liked By" tab, open the info screen for the Faction with the highest standing and find a promising looking corp.
If you are at a high standing with a corp, or once you've picked one from the faction, you can go directly to the Agents tab on the corp info screen. You can "Show on Map" the location of all agents for that corp. You can open up the divisions and scan for whichever one has lvl 2 agents available to you.
I know, it's not quite as easy as just looking at the map, but it's (in my opinion) a more focused way to search and yields ultimately better results.

Freedom Fighter Syndicate has a website for it as well, out of game.
www.ffs-corp.co.uk I use their agent finder myself, as it's searchable.
