Do you know guys how long it takes CCP on average to respond on your ticket? I've sent one in regards with wormhole polymer changes (my stock wasn't multiplied, I've lost 12b), and almost week has passed. Should I be concerned, and send next one or wait some more? |

The last petition I filed - regarding a 16B issue - was first responded to after 37 days. Granted that was a more complex issue apparently needing some internal GM discussion, but it does show you're not breaking any records yet with your waiting time. Last one I filed was replied to in 4 hours.
It depends: what you're reporting, how much info you give, whether the info is clear, did you put it in the correct section, do they need to test or replicate, do they need to investigate, is it a one-off or recurring problem, has anyone else reported it.... not to mention is it a simple reply needed such as "It was x feature, next time you need to do y if you want to avoid it" or something much more in depth.
Seriously, some people put stuff not much better than "ur ***ing gme is broke I lost y shipS in space gief back mai ISK naow11111!!!" and expect an instant magic wand. |

I've gotten responses within a few hours to several days. All of my responses have been some version of "sucks to be you" so good luck OP. I know violence isn't the answer. I got it wrong on purpose. |

Just wait... don't send in another, will just cause even more of a backlog. |

I HAD A "NEVER". It just eventually showed up as closed, and I had to resubmit.
Are you trying to convince us you have psychic powers and can read the archived tickets or something ? Why are you denying player information that you cannot possibly know about.
I stated I had one answered "never", and that is exactly what happened.

OP, petitions that need GM investigation generally take longer and a week's not worth worry. |

This is GD.
It was a simple question and it "got lost in the system". Actually, I really don't care.
Also, you just insulted the entire Support Staff with that "we don't care". "He has mounted his hind-legs, and blown crass vapidities through the bowel of his neck."-á - Ambrose Bierce on Oscar Wilde's Lecture in San Francisco 1882 |

Resubmitting got an answer by the end of the day. Actually, I really don't care. Also, you just insulted the entire Support Staff with that "we don't care". GD for a game. Why so much rage? Do you take all games this seriously?
And having worked with closely with various support teams many many times, I can tell you for a fact that there are many times when they simply don't care, especially with "simple questions". They obviously can't come out and admit to it, but if they read that comment most of them would nod in agreement. The Indecisive Noob - A new EVE Fan Blog for news and stuff. |

I bet GD posts slow petitions down instead of speeding them up. I'd love to sit in CCP offices some day just to see what gets passed around to look at and laugh. See Bio for isk doubling rules. If you didn't read bio, chances are you funded those who did. |

Why in the name of insanity would you stockpile more than 12B of any type loot in a POS?? How much were you going to transport at once and would you like me to help "escort" you on the next offload? I will bring many webs |

if its about isk / reimbursement you can guarantee at least 3 weeks waiting time. Anything else is usually within the week.
One thing I have noticed recently is that they do now check logs and prove it by providing snippets from them. I guess it takes a lot longer to reply to a petition when they check logs properly. |

The only support ticket I've submitted (a mission that wouldn't complete although I achieved the objectives) was resolved shockingly fast. Like five minutes. So 3 cheers for the GMs. (Maybe because it was a simple issue/fix, but still, good job!)

IIRC I had a total of 4 petitions in 3 years. Quickest answer including solution was within one hour (training queue gone berserk).
None of the tickets took longer than 1 day until the first answer.
Longest solution was waiting for a launcher / updater fix. That took about 3 weeks. Although I was able to login again for the first time after 3 days, downloading and installing a fresh client after every patch until the issue was resolved. Remove insurance. |

I've only put in two tickets since 2007.
First was taken care of quickly. I think sometimes the GMs have their hands full.
This last ticket is day 6 and counting....waiting. Waiting. Hate loosing the ISK rewards during the wait.
My frustration is seeing the same UI freeze issues, with using a Mac and Eve, after all these years. This time the UI froze during a Lvl 4 Mission.
Until I get looked at, by a GM, I am enjoying Lvl 4 Distribution Missions. Oh. The joy.

In my experience, it's based on the severity of the issue. I had a ticket that got a response in ~2 hours, I also had a less important issue handled in about a week. Your mileage may vary though. |
