I have for sale 1 caldari male char with 7.18 million skill points and 1 of each caldari tech 2 frigate in the jita system, also has a gisti a type small shield booster and also a dread guristas shield boost amp, harpy has an awesome shield tank with this plugged in and a covert ops cloaking device too :P thats like 300million with just this lot :D .
anyway his skills:-

as you can see he has fairly good learning skills as well as a decent set of implants
also i have spent the last few weeks trying to get his standings up with the caldari nation and i have reached the point where he can use lvl 3 agents with ishkukone watch corp and also has a general standing of 2.0 with the caldari state overall.
Ive spent the last few weeks training him up so that he can use all the t2 frigates, i completed AF skills and i am now onto the covert ops skills, electronics upgrades lvl 5 will be done in 8 days time from posting this, caldari interceptors will be a further 10 days after that. My ultimate goal was for him to become a small ship specialist, and he is well on the way to this.
he also has caldari industrial lvl 5 and only needs the transport skill to be able to fly tech 2 haulers.
shield tanking skills are very high aswell
attributes (with +3 implants)-
intelligence - 19
perception - 18
charisma - 14
willpower - 23
memory - 19
