i canot play game.once im loged in and chose character i see mail icon pop up top left of screen then get a blackscreen with box conection lost message socet closed.apperntly the forums are also affected,trying to post and saves to draft. |

I also had a similar problem.
I have 2 computers, a desktop(old, single processor) and a laptop(newer, 4 quad).
Desktop, no problem logging onto Eve.
Laptop, everything on the launch window works except the "Log In" button.
So I chose Customer Support. Went to submit bug report, put in all the info required and left clicked on the "Submit" button and it did nothing.
CCP what is up with that?
Oh, I used the installed Eve Repair Program, twice, did not help.
And yes, I rebooted, turned off and on the computer several times, no help.

I think this may be another issue, and this needs another thread because it renders support tickets impossible. I too suffered this error and. Upon reboot it exen at affected my windows xp user accounts. They required about twelve hours work to restore and repair my windows account since I 2 not running system restore at the time.
It started with weird stuff like drones flashing neutral. Then progressed to zero hits from my drones. In conditions that normally hit 99 percent. Upon reboot of client I got original posters exact messages but not until I did a reboot of my machine. On the next reboot my windows user accounts were corrupted.
I've got my machine back, have yet to reboot eve though. Tonight I'll risk it. |

I ran the repair tool on the launcher, fixed my issue. meh. |

thanks read it didn't work so hadn't tried it. dumped launcher cache and did full validation and when it said ok and did the same thing I was out of ideas.
Im seeing similar issues in the other thread now. Sure acts strange when it discoes. |
