Del ReyII	Posted - 2006.04.20 14:59:00 - [21] I use paintshop pro, which is really simliar in features as Gimp. (a little too simliar ) I am no expert either, but I blow it up x 500% and invert, and use the magic tool, (selection, magic wand) either manually or by colour carefully select what I want, and then blur it slightly, and then reduce it by 500% , and invert back again. It works quite well if you stuck. Adding a little drop shadow to hid selection mistakes works quite well also.
