I'm ok with the patch, all seems pretty kewl, some bugs offcourse but nothing i can;t live with :) and wait with the cybernetics skill till i got my lvl 3 agent

Patch looks good. Sure, its got a few issues, but overall its excelent.
Nice job CCP and the dev team.

Yes, anchoring works. However it would have been nice had they explained somewhere obvious that if we dropped off the (now) secure Giant containers that we wouldn't then be able to pick them up again without the anchoring skill we now didn't have. That and when we got back in system now *with* the anchoring skill (having picked it up for a not-inconsiderable sum from 5 systems away) said not-cheap giant secure containers would now have evaporated. Unimpressed.

hey i now kick ass with my new improved railguns, my loot is better , how can i complain?

You could try lasers and then worry. A lot. Seriously. 
Balanced - heh right! This month is lasers > projectiles > hybrids. Who has the remotest clue what next month's patch/nerf will bring?

I use Tach's, on a Mega. 3 of these do God awful damage at 60k. And suplementing this grunt with torps doesn't hurt either.
