Talking about killboad, that remembers me about kill rights.
If I kill or get killed by someone from a corp, alliance which is not allied with mine, I get a kill right, in other words I can shoot the guy inside of the empire (or be shooted by him).
But what about if I kill someone form some corp or alliance which is at war with mine, de we get killrights?
My point is if join in a war to defend your corp, alliance, your are going to earn many killright, if you are a good pvplayer and start to be a bit dangerous, maybe more than in allince 0.0 to go in empire space with your unescorted freighter.

Kill rights come from being attacked by a person you are not at war/allied/corped/ganed with.
If you are in one of those situations (corp/war/etc) you won't get kill rights on you or visa versa.
If your in low sec, and Jim-Bob BlastUup ganks you, and you DO NOT RETURN FIRE you will get kill rights. Once you have kill rights, YOU can attack him anywhere/anytime within a month. After that, the Killrights are gone. Note that as soon as you fire, He can fire back. He can't however, fire on you first.

There are two free open source killboards at the moment. You have to have your own PHP enabled webserver in order to run either one.
