I propose a new aproach to Webbers...
Script capable: Stasis Webbers
1. Web Range Script: 50% increase in web range with -50% web eficiency penalty.
2. Web Eficiency Script: 50% increase in wen eficiency with -50% web range penalty.
So for example with a T2 Staisis Webifier u get:
1. 15km web range with 30% speed reduction.
or
2. 5km web range with 90% speed reduction.
(Note: Module can not be overheated if script is loaded)

Vindi can increase the webs slow, minmatar recon can increase range on webs. Use one of these ships if you want a bonus. |

While this is an interesting idea in theory, I must agree with the other two that there are ships with these sorts of bonuses already and so you can simply fly those. Moreover, stacking this on top of those ships' bonuses would be horribly and hilariously overpowered and broken. |

It is a valid point, specially on ships with 90% webs. But I am under the impression that CCP will remove that Web bonus from the game soon. If they do remove it in the near future, the 135% speed reduction will not be possible. |

They are only removing the bonus from one of the two ship lines that have it. Serpentis will still be using OP webs for the foreseeable future. |

CCP is taking out the 90% speed reduction webs from Cruor and Ashimmu. And if you dont see where they are going with this either you dont know Eve online verry well or you are blind. That only leaves us with 1 set of ships capable of doing 90% webs wich is the Serpenties set. If they do take the 90% webs out of the game from all ships. Then the Scripted Webbers is not a bad idea. |

I would like to have one for TP as well. sometime 160km range TP seem pointless when frigate orbit you 10km
however it would be insane OP because 2 scripted TP from Golem would paint frigate to nearly BS level
so I said instead 50% bonus, 25% would be fine? |

A: If you are going to start making judgements like calling everyone who disagrees with you blind and ignorant, at least put in enough effort to type your sentences with at least passable grammar and spelling do you don't look like a fool.
B: CCP has never said they intended to remove strength bonused webs. Quite the opposite. They stated that they enjoyed the flavor of it being on a limited pirate hull.
C: If they remove all the web bonuses off ships, it will be because they find that bonused webs are excessively powerful. In which case your idea is still bad, because it will be making an extremely powerful mechanic available to all ships what was previously only available to a small number of pirate ships, yet still unbalanced enough to be removed entirely. |

With the new web scripts you can either get:
20km 60% webs (No Script Loaded)
30km 30% webs (Range Script Loaded)
10km 90% webs (Efectiveness Script Loaded)
I say this is totally doable and will give all the other ships the ability to same thing with less range ovbiously.

All other ships in game without web bonuses will have the ability to get this from a T2 Staisis Webifier:
10km 60% webs (No Script Loaded)

I would really love to see this implemented... And the rest of us really don't want to see webs nerfed in order to compensate for your desire.
Why would I want to trade a 10km 60% web that can be overheated to 13 Km for a 5km 75% web that cannot be overheated?
Not to mention being flat out nerfed at the non scripted level, and an extremely ineffective 25% at 15km, only 2km further than the current 60% 13km overheated webs.
Just say no. Nerfing something then giving it some form of variable that still leaves it far below the original is not the way to go. You also do not address the issue with web velocity bonuses on ships, which as everyone has said has no indication that it is going away and every indication it will stay.
It also makes PvP a bit more complicated to get into for a noob, and raising the initial knowledge bar for noob tacklers is something unwise. |

No, I don't want to see that implemented. 25% webs is pointless especially at that range where the ship needs to be stopped to keep it in point range. 25% webs cannot achieve that.

Tackle with longer range swap to 5km version once enemy is caught and you are orbiting close?

I sense more soloist violin playing. Have some empathy for them but....its an mmo and ccp has clearly made branches in the ship tree to fill out particular niches to kind of emphasize that team play. |
