There is no better way to re-start your career in Eve. Stands has no history, is cross-trained in turrets and missiles, has a good start on support skills and has one neural remap now and another next month. He is yours to mold as you see fit. In the meantime, you can rack up the ISK in PvE missioning, or knock yourself out in PvP, fleet or solo!
Bidding starts at 6b. I figure he is worth 9b. No hurry. Take your time. Look around. See if you can find anything as pristine as him.

So close, so close and yet so far.
Stands Inthewind is really geared to that special breed of player looking for a toon with NO HISTORY, but highly specialized combat and support skills. He doesn't have everything, but you shouldn't want to pay for that anyways. He has the remaps you need.
