thats nothing, i found a gallente navy comet floating round a famous planet...
i didnt ask questions, but youve never seen someone dock and buy a shuttle so quickly =)

I figured the whole universe part was joking, but it's good that the whole thing was a joke too. But for future reference, can I tell who has kill rights on me, or not? And if so, how?

you'll have to remember them if you kill someone in empire and they dont fight back they gain killrights on you

the tab will also display if someone else has killrights on you ? i was under the impression it would only show your own killrights on others

there was an "abandoned" moa in rorsins the other day, spent like 4 hours to find it with the scanner, grrr i suck at triangulation -

youll get an aggression countdown if you steal stuff from cans. they expire after 15 mins and you can mouseover to see
killrights only come into play when you actually kill someone -----------------------
