Aye, Mushmouth made the skull (which is different from it's current form, had heads on the side of the cirle as well but I cut those off to reflect our ingame logo a little better) when he was in CONIN. Coloring, background and the swords and whatnot is just minor photoshop changes I've made since way back when he first made it. Always thanks to mush for the logo, but not like anyone else in Conin is taking credit for it :) Mush you can just ask us for credit in person instead of using alts you know ;-)

But, what you're trying to say here is that CONIN should stop using the symbol from which the rest of eve know them (it's used on the web-page, it's used in multiple contraband movies (including my own), etc) just because the creator of the logo leaves the corp? Yes, I agree that ripping sucks, but it's not like contraband went out looking on deviantart / google images trying to find something they could ripp off as a corp logo. The logo was designed for the corp (after the ingame logo) by mush, and later modified to match the updated corp's profile months after he left. I also seriously doubt CCP would care since they allow downloading of eve-movies containing loads of copyright violations (pirated music, voices from real videos, copyrighted graphics and some even contain clips from real videos) - some are even hosted directly on CCP's own servers ( http://myeve.eve-online.com/download/videos/ ). I would understand this problem perfectly if it was a real life corporation that made changes to their logo without asking the creator, that is if they didn't own the full rights to the logo, which probably every RL corp does - Agreements like that are rarely made in EVE .... Since... wake up... this is a G A M E! We're flying around in make believe spaceships in a distant make believe universe as members of make believe corps on the internet.. People do this to have fun, not to spend time making legally binding contracts for ownership over a logo for a fictional corporation in case the creator leaves... As for the Banner , Yes I made a logo for contraband a long time ago so whats the big deal? it is well known that I made alot wallpapers and art for alot of people in the community and I have always made it just to make it, not for any personal gain, but anyways what I think i am trying to say here is, yeah I made the banner ,Yeah I gave it to contraband so whats the big deal? I persinaly think Rune is just on some sort of witch hunt.
