Looking for a nice character that can pilot multiple HAC's but Cerberus+Heavy Missile Spec preferred.
Must be able to pilot AF's and one race Battleship really well.
Prefer most of the Basic and advanced learning skills to be complete.

100 to 150 mil per 1 mil sp depending how the character is set-up. I might go higher if the character is set-up and trained extremely nice. Could you evemail or post the skills both general and detailed? Also does character have any level 4 kill agent missions?
