Just yell out you'll pay the ransom as soon as you're shot/locked/scrammed. I' sure some of them are more than willing to work out a nice (probably high) price to leave you alone.
You could always offer to pay protection money. I'd be suprised if pirate corps haven't done this yet. They take over a few low sec systems, and people pay them X million to be left alone, if they don't pay, then they [i]pay[/].

It was mean.
lmfao, i've never shat myself so much as when i came into that horrificly horrible gate camp.
That said, its a shame you have to use that many people to gank a shuttle.

I think the unofficial rule is one per page, or something like that. Purposefully flooding the forums with em would probably get them all locked. No fun for anyone.. Well. Maybe a little fun for the mods.

Yes, 1 day we did 3 or 4 "pod or post" and forum mods were a little anoyed. 1 single "pod or post" usually "dies" down to page 2 or 3 within 48 hours, so i guess the forum mods just strike when they see it done massivly.
Petition TDG for pod or post - lol. This would be like petitioning NAGA for selling ships! Pod or post is a good way for people that just spent all their ISK for new implants or a ship and are not able to pay the requested ransom. The victims cannot give us ISK, but they still can give us something called "reputation" wich is worth real ISK in EVE.
