Got my first kill this morning.
Literally just bought my Domi, so i kitted her out and went for a fly around the local belts. Lots of traffic around here (0.4) so thought i'd chance it.
So, charged weapons, turnt the TV down and went on the hunt!
Warped to a few belts and found no one but then found a caracel in a belt... warped in, 3 Heavy NOS straight away, webbed him and scrambled him. Then unleashed the drones, target painted him and hit him with my dual 250mm prototype rails.
Pop goes the shields.
Few volleys from him, heavy missles hardly making a dent in my shields.
Down goes his armour and hes now down to half structure, i invite him into a conversation and request a very measily 5 million.
Poor chap doesnt speak English.
Couldnt understand what he was saying, so just destroyed his ship lol.
I dont pod people.
Thats about it, proper combat for once! Well happy!

Ive seen even frigs take down BS's, nothing unfair about it.

So you had the guts to gank a cruiser pilot in a battleship, that you've stabbed up so that you don get ganked, because your too much of a weener to have a fair fight.

Never, but bragging about a cruiser kill in a stabbed up BS is lame. Just like stabbing a BS up when you go into combat.

I think the problem is that the OP described the fight as "proper" in his thread title and saw this fight as worthy of a thread on the forums.

Um, pirate's ships cost just as much as the ones we destroy. Fitting stabs = Less chance of getting blown up = Less need to replace ships = Increased profit from blowing other people up

Eh, none of this bothers me much, it's not uncommon to see people killing ships 2 and 3 classes smaller than the one they're in. I just find warpstabs morally offensive and thus, the OP should go to hell.
