Maybe I've been totally blind, but nowhere on the ISS website or forum, nor any announcements on this forum, can I spot mention of ISS's minmatar service outpost in C3-0YD, Tenerifis region. Its run by "ISS Oupost" (no fancy name for this one) corp, which is a member of the ISS alliance, and yet there seems to have been no fanfare for this fourth outpost (soon to be out of seven, if both Providence ouposts and Marginis II are finished by 1st May) - was there an IPO? how old is it? Is it turning a profit? Come on, publicly-owned megacorp, dont hide stuff!

Maybe it's not publically owned, and therefore not public information?

LV contracted them or something, its not a public outpost I don't think, I think it belongs to LV.

Heh, not hating, just interested when I noticed the existance of an ISS-outpost corp and found they had a station, is all. In fact, I'm quite keen on ISS, having somewhere to dock is always nice in 0.0.
Sooo.. if they built it for someone else, guess someone else will have to live with the name "ISS Outpost's Minmatar Service Outpost" until people can rename conquerable stations again.

Its an outpost that LV funded (i think) and ISS use. ISS have held regular mining ops for high end minerals there while paying LV a fee per week (not sure how the refine taxes work). When the outpost first went up LV said ISS was going to manage it while they were fighting RA. In any case ISS has pretty much strip mined that whole system and are moving to the systems next door. Thats all i really know about it...

Could be a LV outpost but just given to run under ISS's name to discourage enemies of LV from attacking it

This is not a publicly owned outpost. "LV Calico" as it will be called belongs to Lotka Volterra and falls within our Tenerifis borders. Lotka Volterra contracted ISS to handle the deployment of the outpost while we persue other goals.
