I can't post any form of logs or error messages as I can't post HTML so im not sure why cppying and pasting a log comes up wth this error btw. I have tried restarting and rerunning repair tool mutiple tmes running everything in admin mode nothing works at all. So any Ideas?

Take a screen shot of the error and then post the image at some file hosting site. |

For the time being you can bypass the launcher.
Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE In this folder, go into the subfolder \bin, in here is a file called "ExeFile.exe", this is the actual game file, the launcher 'clicks' then you hit the big orange "PLAY" button

Are you launching from a desktop shortcut icon? I had a similar issue in Windows 8 and had to drill down to the LAUNCHER subfolder. I also right click and always select 'run as administrator'. You may not have to do that part. It shouldn't have to be that way but that is the fix that worked for me.
