Funny story there.. First of all, i ran out of disk space at about 50GB of fraps. And the egg just disapeared :/

I was absolutely amazed by how slowly it took damage during those battles. Seems like the opponents were badly out-equipped T2-wise. Surely it cannot have been just because of bad target calling?

Some of it was bad target discipline. I was in a Jaguar during some of the fight in NPD and was hovering around covering the main fleet but was constantly being shot at by Megathrons.

While it did provide an interesting insight into fleet ops, it seemed to drag on for quite a bit. I'd like to have seen more about the fleet command, specifically engineering a battle in your favour, EW coordination and tactics.

That would most likely require recorded footage from TS, which is something we will not do. Might be possible to do it post-fight as a voiceover, but that hardly is the real deal.

I have grown sick and tired of gankmovies lately, movies that
shows not balls. Bad edidting , crap music or just plain crap
resolution which screws up any chanse of seeing what happens.
But this movie swepped my feet away. Definatly one of the
best movies i¦ve seen in months. 5/5 stars.
A Must-see .
Btw: The music and the edidting was... excellent *Thumbs up*

I'm pretty sure i listed all songs. There are two songs of danko jones, after the first (invisible) one comes "Ben Moody feat. Jason Miller and Jason Gong Jones - The End Has Come" (yah, long and nasty name :)) and after the second (sticky situation), "Oasis - F**king in the Bushes".

Men no lag, we fight with Goons few days ago 200ppl on local, and we had total lag. few minutes to activate weapons.
Not to mention crappy FPS
You must have nice hardware.

If you don't mind my asking... What are the specs on your computer? And how large was the raw output from this? (I assume you had a dedicated hard drive for this)
I mean, I have an Athlon 64 3200+, 1.5gigs of ram, an x800 GTO and SATA drives and I always seem to have trouble with fraps at higher resolutions.

My system specs are Athlon 64 X2 3800+, Gainward GeForce 7800GT 512 MB, 2GB RAM. My system is running on a sata rapotor disk and storage on a a normal 7200 rpms disk, 250 gb.
The raw fraps footage from that night is about 50 GB, reached that a few minutes before the egg popped :) Also missed a nice fight with FIX on our way back cause i didn't have enough space.

hrm, I'm lucky if I can activate my guns in fights like that, let alone fraps anything. amd64-3500+ and 6600GT here with 2gb ram :(
