We are currently in their service, however i do not believe there is any reason why we would not afterwards. Why don't you try here and see for yourself.

We are not interested in answering questions with affirmation nor negatory when neither will suffice. Our services are highly in demand, and we will not take a contract just because someone want us to.
You will need to present us with a business proposal, and this include timeframe, payment, and mission statement. Everything is negotiable, and we will return to you with an answer if we consider the contract worth accepting.
Do note that we very seldom accept more than one contract at a time, and if so our targets should not require much dedication. Thus we seldom accept more than one contract at a time, and we reserve the right to choose the contract that we feel is the most attractive for us to pursue.
That is your answer. If you are looking for "yes" or "no", you will have to make a much more detailed question including the three most critical points I listed above.

So then, we see that the MC is unable to answer a rather basic question without the OMG your a alt stuff and doing anything but answer the question.
fyi im not a alt at all, i just choose not to join a corp as i prefere solo play.

Your question was answered. It was limited in that it cannot be aswered with a simple yes or no.

You have your answer in Ithildin's post. It's crystal clear imo.
But if that was a to complicated answer, here is the simple one:
The MC are able to take contract against anyone, on several occations we have "switched sides" in a conflict within a couple of weeks (former targets hiring us to strike back when contract ended). For instance the XETIC vs FoE war.
But as Ithildin pointed out the MC are in the very nice position of being able to choose what contracts we want to accept (due to very heavy rate of contract requests). These choices are made individually from many variables, such as i.e. goals, time span, fee, capability, type of target, challenge etc. etc.
