Hi, i want to order eve , but i am living in germny and here , it is not common to have a credit card. So, i don`t have one, another thing is, this PybyCash, i never heard about it. S i consider doing it with this EVE Time Code might be the best solution. But how does it work `? Can someone explain me how i can order such a time code?
And second question is, can i transfer the money from one char to another , because i restarted my old one because i messed up the skills.
Thanks

I cant help with number1 as I only know about the credit card billing.
I can answer number 2 though: you can use the people and places tab to search for your other character name once you bring up that name you can right click on it and use the give ISK option. You can only do this once you buy your account though. Trial accounts dont allow transferes of cash.

I suggest that you click "Ask a Question" under "EVE SUPPORT" on the left side of the screen and direct your question to the people who can answer it.

Game time cards contain a code that you enter to activate extra time playing Eve. You buy the card and, similar to a scratch card, the silver part you scratch off reveals the code.
You can buy 30 or 90 day cards but if you need to activate a trial account to turn it into a paying account, there is a special one you need for that I think.
You can get them online as well and if you have a Paypal account, you can buy them at OnlineCDkey which I have used a few times now so I know they are genuine. They send you the code via email and you just need to copy and paste it into the box when prompted during the account payment process.
Hope this helps

There's no special time card to activate an account (or turn it from a trial to a full), but you won't have as many days as stated on the card as some are taken off for the one-off account activation fee.
