well the rats would need to have that specific type of ew abilite...what rats sensor dampen...The only reason we have ew is because guristas use ew and so do the officers.

Serpentis sensor damp - and DG/officer ECM modules were in-game before guristas NPCs actually used ECM. There should be ts/db tracking disruptors and domination target painters as well, really.

It is in the red moon rising patch notes I belive and that forum sig is def gonna get removed.
Yes Officer and Faction stuff should span all modules tbh.

TomB's gonna rewrite the whole loot system (no, that does NOT mean loot TABLE. That means the whole SYSTEM rats use to drop mods) before anything gets changed on what the rats drop. (For instance, still no 800mm Rolled Tungesten (from DB at least) and probably gonna take a long while, too)

Where's my shadow serp sensor damps? At the same time it would also be nice if CCP would look at shadow serp blasters - they're really not that hot.
