Am i right in believing that if a titan is being produced in a capial shipyard, if that shipyard is destroyed, so is the 60 billion isk blueprint? If so then nice isk sink, we need more of those.

I have no doubt in my mind that an alliance can make back 50-60bil ISK for a new BPO in a month or less. Hell, they'll probably do it in a week if need be...

How doesn't it? I don't see how you can lose a BPO if its sitting in an npc station. (other than corp theft of course)

Well mianly becuase then the 60bil BPO would not go pop with the capital shipyard..think that would help.
Also as for the bpc, sure it would take several months, but to gather the materials needed to build it in the first place would take quite a while anyways, i for one would not want to travel to a 0.0 outpost with a 60billion isk bpo in my hold, regardless of what ship was carrying it

I got the impression that it only allowed you to start it when not at the actual location, but that the BP still had to be there. like that if you were station-camped in one station and the BP and mats were in another, you could make it start from the other station.
I also didn't know it could work with POS type building facilitys.

ISK sinks ftw. But I doubt anyone would bother doing it at anything other than a POS with 1 capital construction yard and a frackload of guns of all types and sizes, along with a constant patrol, preferably in a system with an outpost or a mothership + lots of other POS's stocked to the brim with ships, purely so if anyone attacks, you can swarm their asses

yeah it works differend with pos then with other stations, same with lab arrays, you can research the bpo located in a station with that array at a pos
