Actually doesnt seem to be the one i am lookign for... That just seems to be a portable DB?... where do I fit it?

Go to the ships tab and select a ship. Hit the "select this ship as active" button. Then click on the equipment tab, your ship with a set of empty slots should appear on the right and an equipment list on the left. On this screen you can add equipment to your ship. After it's loaded out, move over to the ammo and charges to load your weapons. Move onto drones if you need them.
You can even do a somewhat accurate cap check using the capacitor simulator.

you can also import your skills, see how skills you haven't trained will affect your damage/hitpoint/etc, and do some pretty accurate damage/tank/cap usage calculations (you will need a calculator for some things)
