I thought i would post this because i went through hell and high water to get the first part of this mission done. Seeing as there are no other posts on it hardly i will give a detailed account of what needs to be done.
First of all yes you can do it in a HAC but not many people have HACS that do level 3 missions. Though this mission should be level 4 and i think CCP and got it totally wrong.
There is a spolier which is me telling you where the map is but i have put it right at the bottom of the post.
We did it like this:
6 ships
1 Enyo tanked to the high teeth with therm and kin hardeners, arm rep and cap recharger and power relay with a decoder on it to hack the towers
1 some sort of cruiser with a remote arm rep backing me up
4 other ships...anything from frig to cruiser with a shed load of drones to pick off the rats
Now to make it a little less hectic another ship with a remote arm rep would have been nice but you can do it with this set up.
Now when you first go in there you gotta be on the ball. The little enyo tanker takes the flak from about 20 ships beating the hell out of it, while the other clear them up and the cruiser repairs (this is where another repairer would have come in handy) DO NOT KILL THE BS's the enyo should tank them with no problem.
Then once all the cruiser and frigs are done you should be have travelled to the towers you need to hack. YOU CANNOT HACK THE TOWERS WHEN THERE ARE SHIPS NEAR THEM. So once you have shot all the ships get the enyo to start hacking ASAP. It is very hard to keep a track of what you have hacked and what you havnt so the enyo really needs to keep an eye on what he is doing so the rest of the team need to work there butts off.
Now the rats respawn fast...faster than anything i have ever seen, literally 2-3 minutes. You need to jump on them asap cause if they get near the tower that is being hacked, once it is hacked you cant open it while it is being gaurded.

The map that you need is on the left hand side group in one of the top left towers. You will see what i mean when you get in there. Or it always seems to be anyway. So when you get in there jus travel as far left as you can and work your way in.

Hmm... acouple of questions, as I am currently contemplating doing this mission...  .
1. Do you feel a Brutix (4 x hardeners and a T2 repper) would be able to tank the NPCs without a supporting cruiser? If I am not mistaken, Enyo can fit only a small repper (though obviously will have higher resists).
2. Insta aggro by all NPCs sounds a bit strange, given all the other missions I've done. Are you sure this is not a result of you or other players previously entering the complex? (if so, then the aggro/NPC spawns should reset during downtime, so a good dtime to do the mission would be just after downtime).
3. Are there any warp scramblers among NPCs?
I'll probably make a few scouting runs into the complex anyway before accepting the mission, but your answers would help ;).

I did not think a BC could get in there funky, mine would'nt.
I want to try and do this mission, but think I will leave it a fair while

You need to watch out and take the frigates first. There is some webbers there and they are deadly. I used a hawk for the tanking and it worked fine without remote repairs even when one slot was used for one of those hacker tools. The killing was done with an isthar. One more damage dealer would be nice to shorten the time before you can actually start hacking in peace.
Set 'show spawn container' to true and sort by name. There is 4 types of spawn containers close by. Lock all 4 or 5 of a type and hack them , then go to the next type. The spawn of the spawn containers should keep 1 or 2 hackers occupied.
Kill the Battleships when you got control of the spawn. They are the ones giving a nice bounty.

You _can_ complete this mission alone in HAC.
That's what I've made. Took some time to find this map but
I've done it :)

I lost my HAC (zealot) trying to get this map. I went into the blob and 2 cruisers started to target me, i killed them without any problems. So i started targeting the 2 frigs since they're usualy webbers. However as soon as i did that the whole blob started targeting me, frigs, cruisers and the BS'. The frigs were on me fast and i tried to kill em ASAP got webbed and then killed one of them. By then the whole blob was firing on me and my HAC resist just wasnt much use at that point. I tried to warp out but i was scrambled. Presumably by the other frig which i had already targeted and had it down to half armor. But i didnt manage to kill it in time.
So be warned ppl.
