Giant Cargo Container: Drag stuff into it in space while it's in your inventory and it doesn't display most of the time. It registers as being in there as the original items dissappear but the # holds doesn't update and the icon doesn't appear. This would usually clear upon docking, however the last time I used them I lost 3900 tritanium as it never did show back up again. So they are unseable.
Webify Graphic: How did this come back? It was fixed some 2-3 patches ago and yet returns with this one. Where once webbed you retain the white cloud graphic around your ship indefinitely.
Weapons Upgrade Skill: When mounting weapons to your ship the correct CPU useage is not updated. The only way to get your fittings to update properly is to relog.
Agility: This must be some sort of cruel joke? My badger II used to be one of the most agile ships in the game. Now however even mounting the best nano-fibres (local Hull conversions) and with evasive maneuvering 4 and space command 4 and nav 5 it takes 3 passes at a cargo container to be able to pick up from it. Same goes for a bestower with nanos mounted. The badger being slighty worse. Try picking up 60 loot cans in space making 3 passes per and tell me if your game is playable.
Missles and their new speed: The further away missles are fired they pick up more and more speed. Now however they get to moving so fast when they hit your ship they out accelerate your ship. I was mining when NPCs spawned. The missles incoming over powered my ability to fly back to my cargo container. I appreciate that they move your ship a bit. But light missles weighing only a small amount can drive a battle ship faster than it's own engines is a bit out of control I think.
Stuck on objects: This bug still in game and now even more pronounced with the overall reduction to agility. Is it truly your intention that moving to close to a scordite rock is a death sentence? The only way to get unstuck is to relog and pray that NPCs didn't spawn to kill your ship.
People and Places: When you opened bookmarks and sorted them by say jumps it would stay that way as long as you left it in focus. Now when you undock it puts the default sort back on. Why are we removing functionality from the game?
People and Places: Folders and all other prefs were erased with this patch. It may not seem like a big deal to the devs but for someone who had 30+ folders with 10-90 bookmarks in them each it is. The least you could have done was write some code that converted prefs.ini to the new .dat format. It would have taken you 15 minutes to save thousands of man hours worth of work.
CPUs: In the patch notes the only mention of these is that they will continue to stack. However, the currently best one in the game (old:photonic CPU enhancer II new:shares name photonic CPU enhancer I) gives only 8.4%. I actually have no problem them being reduced a bit, but I would expect it to be at least 10%? This would match it up with the reactor control which gives 10% power grid bonus. Either way I list it as a bug because it wasn't mentioned in notes.
Overall I like the patch, some of the balancing issues I felt really needed to happen.
However the game is not playable for me with the agility thing. You can't go from being able to go from 0-top speed in 5 seconds to 0-top in 30.
Possible fix: If you really must leave agility as is for some unknown reason (cruelty) then have the ship begin to deccelerate BEFORE it gets to the object it is approaching. So that it comes to a stop before passing it TWICE! I know you worked on orbiting objects and it really chaps my hide that now the most difficult navigational maneuver is approaching a flippin' object.

Yeah this is BS. Not the balancing issues, those are fine for the most part.
It's the playability issues they introduced. I feel like I just started playing again and have no skills trained.
My ship handles worse than it ever did.
The DPS of my ship as a whole is like it was almost 2 months ago.
The fittings problems are like I never trained.
After spending about 2 hours playing last night, I ended the evening by cancelling my account.
Oct-6 will be my last day.
I'm going to see who in my corp wants my gear. But if anyone else is interested eve mail me and I'll see what's left.

Tell ya what, you spend the time figuring that crap out, let the Devs make the game work right, ok?
No offense to CCP, I only mean that I'd rather have an operational Titan than an operational list of bookmarks. Well devs can't test all that when they are flying Jove ships, they turn just fine, I bet... --

They screwed over tachyon and rail users for starters.
Having fall-off lower than optimal means you have to be prettym uhc above the fall-off to hit. So why in the name of fk does the Traj analysis make this distance longer? Penilising you for training it, in cases of weapons with lower fall-off than optimal the skill should lower the fall off not add to it. |

How am I as a player supposed to 'figure it out'?
At this point I can't even create new folders to drop bookmarks into. Or if I can get a few dropped in there the folders dissappear after relog. SO your solution is that I re-organize 300+ bookmarks every time I log on?
I would love an operational titan as well. But what good will flying a titan be if basic UI features don't work?

Huh?! Falloff is the range OUTSIDE your optimal range that you have a lesser chance to hit in than optimal. For instance: Optimal 35km Falloff 12km MAX range: 35+12 = 47km Max "useful" range (IMHO) ~40km (optimal + a bit of falloff), but I wouldn't use the weapons outside 38km. I'm having real trouble seeing how the skill isn't a pretty good one, especially for proj users/close range weapons with a long falloff range.

Hey, no offense but I don't care if you do have to rearrange your bookmarks everytime you log on, or everytime you dock!
I'm not sure if I've got my ear to the tracks right on this or not, but if CCP can't get the MEAT of this game figgered out in a hurry, then the game will goe T/U cuz all the impatient players will bail.
So if CCP makes things like mobile refineries and Titans work, then the fluffy, UI type stuff can wait, or at LEAST be given a lower priority. Obvious exception being things with no workaround....I'm not a complete a$$hole! ;)

I asked you to care when? Oh that's right I didn't.
So I'm sure that if everytime you logged on all the mods from your ship were transported 40 hops away you wouldn't care either?
Or for the trader plotting courses no longer worked and so one would have to manually plot their course wherever they went.
This is about functionality in a game that was once there and is now removed. It's a a new bug. The concept of letting a new bug stay there until more new features bugs get introduced is counter-productive.
As for losing players, breaking existing game mechanics also generates cancellations, this is a fact.
You also state something that is completely non-sequiter. How is fixing a new bug going to delay you from getting into a titan?
There are many roles in eve and different tools of the trade affect ppl on a different level.

The basic mechanics of the game are NOT working now due to this latest patch and its fix. Asking for Titans and mobile refineries is LESS important than fixing regular fixtures like bookmarks and local chat. All some of the idiots in here carp on about is content, 'give me more content' whiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine Fix what has been broken since day 1, then and only then should CCP start itself down the road to all this extra content of bigger ships and mobile refineries etc. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> The Inquisition Long live the Inquisition Long live the Emperor Long live Amarr!

Falloff is in addition to optimal range. Between optimal range and falloff range your weapon only does a fraction of the damage, proportional to how far away you are. If you're farther than your optimal+falloff range, you do no damage. Thus it is a good thing to have a higher falloff due to trajectory analysis. No one was screwed over...
On the agility note, I hear nanofibers are screwed up. Try it without them and see if it makes it worse or better. If agility is better without nanofibers, make a log or whatever and send it in as a bug report. I know in beta nanofibers and inertia stabalizers were screwed for a very long time, making agility worse instead of the advertised increased agility.

Annoing, you cornhole. I don't appreciate your comical little "haxoring" of my statement to make yourself seem funny. Nevertheless, small minds will find ways to amuse themselves, and yours is no exception. (At least get the punctuation right, jeez.)
Here's my bottom line. I've never found something that was so bad as to completely ruin my gameplay, or even HINDER me in any way. Perhaps my experience is unique...
But I am happy to let the devs spend their time putting the rest of the game together. I dont care about content (defined as events) right now. Im saving up so when the game is complete, I'll be able to participate in said content with ease.
Simply put, I want a complete game. I'll say it again, I've yet to find something with absolutely NO workaround that didnt get fixed.
