Auctioning off three skillbooks for the Serpentis Encryption Methods skill.
The skill is required to build items from COSMOS bpcs obtained in Algintal, including the "Hustler" Heavy Neutron Blaster I (see http://www.kylania.com/eve/lu.php?id=hustler in-game.
Starting bid - 175m ISK per skillbook
Minimum bid increment - 5m ISK
Closing date and time - Sunday, May 7, 1800 GMT - Winners will be contacted
Reserve price - 225m ISK per skillbook
Buyout price - 250m ISK per skillbook
