Guess my vote goes to Kryztal, as there are only a handful of pilots I have flown with who I can guarentee are actually female through hearing them on TS (if purring counts)!
Darko is also a good PvP'er, but I have recently been informed he is not actually a girl, just very young and waiting for his balls to drop!

Since women seem to be rare in the EvE universe, it's obvious that everyone will nominate the ones he's flown with.
From what i've seen, i'd say Rainbowtinks and Oceana as far as interceptors go. Don't think ceptor 1vs1 type of pilots or solo pirates, think dedicated,very effective and fast tacklers in small gangs.
Also, Runyoufools for bigger ships. T2 skilled with most minmatar ships and knows how to use those guns. I remember she used to go solo in an arty muninn. Back before the new dmg mod stacking rules, she would also run around solo in full-out offense Vagabonds with no real defence. 5x220s, nos, MWD, web, 20k scrambler, sensor booster, 4 gyrostabs and a med armor rep. The "i tank your damage by killing you fast" type of deal."

QFT Alex wasn't the most skilled fighter but she did stand her ground in a fight and thats more to be said then the majority of people flying around these days who are BE wannabe WCS junkies.
