I read a bout You on some "best-pvp-ers"-thread time ago. Nice to see elders back who have not sold out and are on par with me SP-wise now. 
Agent offers still suck but gangsizes changed. You can ask your new employer on that matter.

0.0 is almost completely different. The entities in them are generally smaller in terms of both memberbase and amount of territory - and players can build their own stations now. And there has been a fair few added.
Lots of killing to be had by every faction in the game, except ISS who don't kill people. Like, ever.
Agent missions in high sec got nerfed at last. Oh, and apparently doing pirate missions is a lot better now.
Piracy hasn't changed much. Still mostly consists of people sitting 150km off a gate sniping indies, unfortunately.

As it turns out, the first thing I did was look at all the buttons, menus, windows, and cried.
Then I looked at all the new skillbooks available, and cried.
Then I looked at my wallet, and cried.
Then I found out I still have some ships and stuff, so I'm off to learn how to fly these beasts again.
