Was training this alt up to be an interdictor pilot but have decided to sell up for the isk. Is well on the way. Can fly interceptors ū just needs the skillbook (if buyout taken will supply the skillbook with the character). Has level 4 destroyer already so wouldnĘt take long to fly the Sabre.
Key point is the maxed learning and +3 implants in all slots apart from charisma
