CVA and their allies have claimed in the past to be NRDS but they basically set everyone in eve to red as default, so it's still NBSI. Of course, NBSI is the standard for good reason. I just find CVA's claim to be otherwise funny. I also find their amarr RP bit funny too since they have half the amarr militia too. CVA is one very confused alliance.

Like some people noted, you (or your corpmates) have pissed them off three years ago, you're likely to appear on their list. Or if you're nosy / irritating, which is perfectly ok in my books. Considering that Providence has been used as a farming ground by most other alliances, their KOS list has everyone with a history to speak of on it, unless allied (blue) with them or casual members of their "block" (neutrals with benefits). As for other NRDS alliances or blocks, there at least used to be some NRDS folks down in Curse. I understand that True Reign originates from this group, but I am not sure if they still are NRDS.
