I am preparing to pay off a loan for 1B as seen here: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=316273 Loan History: The loan was originally request for 1B and was filled at 1.4B. The excess was paid off after 3 payments for a total of 480m paid out. At the conclusion of the loan, this week, 380m in interest payments will have been made on the loan which will have run for 50 days. Interest was paid every 10 days. As it was my first loan, I paid a high interest rate of 10% for uncollateralized loans and 5% for collateralized loans. I began with 800m in wallet and 600m in assets available to be contracted for collateral. I have injected an additional 1.2b in funds to the trade operation during the course of the loan to increase total available funds and explore FW with an Alt. Current NAV according to sell orders and assets on hand are as follows. Wallet 633m Sell orders 1.54b Assets for trading 1.672b (not valued at sell prices) Assets on ALT wallet 54m, physical assets 585m sell orders 50m, escrow 33m total 722m Loans and interest outstanding 1.07B Total value ( I hope this is how you do it!) 3497m or 3.5B Assets values are according to what is listed in the hangar view. I have excluded my mission BS ship and misc fittings that are "laying around" as well as a slew of goods that will later be delivered to trade hub as I am not actively moving them until the size is more significant. I have achieved 2B in profits since I began trading with other peoples money. I have experienced lossed via shiiping items personally, as well as skillbooks related to trade and a POCO endeavor that I am 50m invested in and not as of yet shown any profits. New loan request On the conclusion of the current loan I am requesting an additional loan in the amount of 3B. I originally wanted to shoot for 5B but I think I will see how I do with the 3B before I ask for a 500% increase. I should be entering into another market when funds are received and expanding my current market reach. Terms Uncollateralized loan at 3B paying 7% interest every 14 days. Nor does it consider any profit for items sold via the market that were purchased via direct trading. How do I profit? Originally I station traded in Jita. It was decent. I tried out getting into a market in low sec. It has been great. I will continue to reach lowsec markets. I have just unlocked Tycoon and am skilling my way to max it as we speak. I have room for an additional trade hub now. I was puchasing goods from Jita and using a contract hauler to move the goods. As of last night, I have met a producer who will deliver the goods with no shipping charges saving 50m-75m each trip. I had previously spent 291m in shipping costs. I will continue purchasing some meta items from Jita and T2 from my producer. If the producer falls through I will continue purchasing from Major trade hubs. Large shipments will be shipped in at 15m cost. Smaller shipments will have 0 cost. How do you get involved? Do not send your ISK now as I will not take out another loan to pay off the first. I did some reading on the forums and saw that someone mentioned you can fake your eve-mogul profits by editing the quantity of items purchased. While you cannot edit the purchase price, nor add items that have not been purchased according the the API, you can sell 1 item of the type then rebuy it immediately if there are no buyers above your sell price. Then you can edit the qty once eve-mogul pulls the API and includes the item. As Jace Sarice will see on my API wallet journal there are several very large player trades that were performed for several bulk orders of t2 items, rigs and ships. This will not reflect the items that were traded. The asset list he has requested will show this but not how it was obtained. I have sold a single quantity of each item to myself for the buy price that was negotiated in the player trading. I will be editing the quantity on eve-mogul to accurately reflect what is purchased and for what price. I will not be faking numbers. I am here to make ISK and I use eve-mogul to evaluate my trade history. Accurate records help me in doing so while also helping investors to check up on how the business is doing. I believe Jeronica can verify what I have mentioned above. I can see how someone could fake their trade numbers. Fakig it serves me no purpose.

But first, a word about the progress of the business. Over the course of the loan thus far beginning 3-18-14 profits have amounted to 908.76m according to what is recorded on trade journal transactions as found at eve-mogul.com. WOOHOO! A bit more can be added due to items gained via contract at wholesale and sold on market at retail+ a premium. Losses include a mammoth T1 rigged for cargo space as well as fairly inexpensive fittings. Total loss 13m on the death. Also approx 200m has been spent shipping items via Jump freighter. I anticipated a lower cost though it was at the greater expense of time. Up to a week of waiting for items to be shipped vs same/next day shipments is well worth the extra isk as items can be sold and profits reinvested. Investments include a small handful of ammo blueprints which are used with LP to convert into faction ammo and sold for plenty of profit though on a small scale for now. Also, a researched cruiser BPO which is being copied as of now and a T1 module. Further investments include minerals well below Jita cost for manufacturing of said ammo. Stock has been moved to 4 stations for the purpose of reaching a greater audience to great success. Each of these stations acts as a small trade hub. Each has a different margin attainable, some cut throat, some handsome. Within 24 hours of receiving loans the isk was spent on modules, ships and shipments. Fast sales resulted in more purchases in bulk via trade market mailing list and bulk trade. Going forward, everything purchased via contract and sold on market will not be tracked on eve-mogul unless i sell it to myself at my cost which will net a loss of about 2.5%. Compared to the gains I see, it is trivial, though it is still higher than I wish to lose when that same cost can be used to ship more items and or purchase more of the same. Now I bring you to the payouts. To simplify it on my end, I am making all payments at once. Some payments are made a day early. Due dates will remain unchanged. 24.5m to Tali Sins 52.5m to Jace Sarice 70m to Jeronica 28m to Piter Presley 35m to Koniforous 7m to Nedly Stark total of 217m in interest payments. Each payment represents 7% of the investment received from each party. All payments sent approx 10:30 EVE time 4-1-14

That is slightly under half of what my prior 2 week period returned. Keep in mind these payments are going out 1-2 days early. Profits on eve-mogul have started to climb back up daily from a recent slump. Losses include over 600m when I tried to ship something myself. And another 250m doing the same. Also some random ISK doubling attempts. You can't hate me for trying right? Also, losses/expenses for shipping costs. Approx 45m of high sec hauling has been paid as rewards and 100-150 will go through this evening as well. Losses have been offset via LP rewards. I cashed in upwards of 500k LP on certain items that gave a return of slightly over 1k isk/lp and slightly under 1k isk/lp. Additional investments include numerous Frigate and Destroyer BPO's which are manufactured using well below Jita cost minerals. Jita is getting a bit insane. I could simply haul these minerals to Jita for instant profit or enjoy the additional venue of manufacturing my own goods. Being that the BPO's are not highly researched I have waste. Still, waste offset by the low prices I buy my minerals for. WIn Win!! Frigates and Destroyers are then sold as fitted ready to go ships at a considerable margin. While this is not the primary source of income it is catching up to be fairly decent. Also, more T1 module bpo's have been purchased so I can make certain things happen below market cost. I have unlocked up to advanced manufacturing 3 for the additional manufacturing slots so I can keep product moving including ammo for LP conversion. Profits overall were lower than expected due to relocation of assets and personnel in the FW front. I have dropped my initial corp and move in and out of others NPC as well as player run for multiple purposes. One, getting shot at as a WT in highsec space is not a good thing, so I avoid it. The other corp I will be moving in and out of permits some pewpew and LP gains. Eve-mogul shows lower profits than before. I believe I was averaging 50m profit days and spiking around 100-150m on some weekend days when the war got fun. Since the move this has decreased due to some instability in the warfront as well as moving a large number of my T2 module purchases to contract purchases. I am on a few mailing lists that I take advantage of for large quantity of items. I am still in a position that if I had to sell off assets to buy orders in order to cover interest payments or the final loan payoff, I can. It's been a heart thumping 2 weeks being shot at, one-shotted, and being saved by warp core stabilizers and other modules. There is some upset when I go boom but I certainly don't give up everything and say I'm done. I have many PLAN B's. That's it for this investors report. Or gents and gents. Who can tell when we are all users behind an avatar!? Nonetheless, the above spam is the listing of interest payments made out just a few minutes ago to the active investors in this current loan. Finally copying a cruiser bpo and found I just can't keep up with the minerals I need to have for constantly producing it. New project!!!! Contract sales have seen some spikes of highs and lows and I have gone ahead an opened up just over 120 contract slots between the characters I use and public corp contracts. Invested just a bit in a few more bpos, finished researching a chunk of what I had been working on and have found myself with almost more than what I can keep up with. I will be looking for some miners/miner corp to make some of that happen or continue purchasing minerals at my off grid location. Shipping costs over the last 2 weeks amount to approx 120m. Profits reported via eve mogul amount to 589.8m over the past 2 weeks. This exceeds the prior 2 week period and I have experienced much fewer losses. Unreported profits continue to include contract sales with fitted ships, manufactured goods, items converted from meta1 or standard to faction via LP and direct trade sales. Over the next 2 weeks I will be filling up those contract slots I have to maximize the returns. Some of the fun stuff Over the last 2 weeks I joined a FW corp that I had been supplying in order to make use of contract slots and join in the fun. I had the pleasure of joining a 70+ man fleet in taking a system. This is by far the largest fleet I have been involved with. I was astonished! We came together fast after a long grueling evening of making a system vulnerable. Did I experience any losses? Oh yeah! A handful of frigates and destroyers as well as a couple of cruisers were lost in the fray building up to the climax and on the way from it. How will these losses be replaced? Another system is in our hands acting as a trade hub allowing for greater market reach. It will take a bit of time for it to get ramped up again to full capacity like I had it before but it's happening. PVP combined with market PVP combined with access to systems makes everything real interesting. By involving myself people also know they can come to me for certain goods at volume. Continuing investments This final note is to those that wish to or are willing to continue the investment for an additional 2 weeks after the next payment date. The next payment date is the current planned end of loan. I will send individual mails to the investors to check on their willingness to extend for this period. Each will be paid in full or extended on an individual basis pending the response from each investor. That's all for now folks.

I am exploring a couple other ventures simultaniously that are affecting my eve-mogul profit reports if you are following those at all. Recently picked up a few BC and fitted them as T2 for alliance contracts at a reasonable profit margin. Whether they sell or not is up in the air, though I always have a corp mate that I can liquidate them to without loss. Also, recently aquired some t1 rig bpo's that I can manufacture perfectly and sell at profit in Jita to the buy orders or at much higher profits in my market area. I have checked on the demand within my corp and alliance as well as via sell orders in my market to confirm they are movers. I found they are much cheaper to make myself vs buying at Jita even w/ buy orders. I am holding off on the actual production of these BPO's until the loan has ended as I have a tendency to spend it ALL then scramble to close out the loan. I won't be doing that this time! I do anticipate the need to liquidate some of my market orders in Jita just prior to the payoff date as the sales are not going as fast as expected. Those will be done on a last minute basis in order to meet the loan obligations. Optional loan and profit extension If anyone wishes to extend their loan for an additional 2 weeks with the same interest payment please post below. It's not of utmost importance, therefor I am not sending individual messages to investors as I had planned to. WIth over 4b in sell orders, nearly 1b in ISK on hand and around 1.5-2b in market assets a liquidation will not hurt the business model extensively. The isk on hand is increasing at an acceptable rate. Future loan Whether I do a future loan in the near future is not completely known at this time. Lessons learned thus far are that my interest rate is too high to continue at this rate. I knew going in that I would offer a high interest rate in order to be appealing to investors and to build trust. I do not anticipate seeking a large loan unless I do some spreadsheet work and find that production requires a higher investment. I have received an offer of research slots by one of the investors which I will take him up on once it is determine exactly which BPO's I want to invest the time or researching into while not using them to produce. My most expensive one is a cruiser BPO which was purchased at a premium already researched for ME. It requires a high amount of minerals and I currently run it off copies. The profit report will be lacking as I started some trading with an alt as well in a distant system and I do not have that alt tracked via API on eve-mogul.com It would be difficult to use those reports, I think, as the purchases are made by myself, shipped to the alt, then listed and sold by the alt. Either way, I exceeded my own expectations with a little station trading in Jita as well as the satelite market hubs with the alt. I'm still sitting on a huge stockpile of assets over 3.5b in sales orders, ISK in the wallet, fitted incursion ship, a handful of fitted BC's, a fleet of frigates and cruisers and then some. I did very little in the way of incursions over the last 2 weeks so the majority of this. I'm happy to say, has all come from market sales. The loan is over, was successful, and has reminded me of why people offer a lower interest rate. While, I have certainly multiplied my assets and overall value, it would be quite higher with a lower interest rate. At the same time, it has been fun. There have been some panic moments where I might have had to sell a chunk at a loss, some items I certainly invested in at the wrong time and LOADS of losses from when I was trying to be cheap and fast by shipping my own goods myself. I'm still ahead! On that note, it has been a grind. I am taking a short break to entertain myself with another old enjoyable game. My alts will be going inactive and I may keep this one going to keep the skill training rocking and rolling as well as do some periodic market trades in my spare time and catch up with friends. And, I am a forum addict. Even if I don't post, I find myself reading them daily. For those whom have participated in the loan, I greatly appreciate the loans guys. It has enabled me to do what I had always wanted to do: Play the market on a larger scale. There is much more to be seen as I eyeball faction and dead-space items. With the high interest rate aside, I got the bang for my buck I was looking for via playing with numbers in the market. I now know the volume I expected to see moving is not entirely realistic in the FW arena due to corps and alliances changing locations and targets. I could have squeezed out a lot more profit working with smaller volumes and a larger variety while leaving a chunk of meta items alone. I am ending with loads of blueprints that I can passively research, minerals that I don't even know what to do with and ships I can jump in to do missions, incursions or PVP whenever I have that desire.
