Well if you think about it, not really wasted. Atleast your standing has increased. Which SHOULD mean the "implant" missions will be easier to get.

This just plain SUCK BALLS! What the HELL! I never get upset but this is ridiculous and absolutely unprofessional, get the implants back, this is almost a repeat of the Miner V incident.
Fix Exploit, or at least tell us what it is... if not put the DAMN implants back

Well I'm not impressed, I have an awsome level 3 agent that loves me more than her own children (+10) standing. I was going on a implant hunt as soon as I finished work, but NOOOOOOOOO,
The put implants in the game, I find out at work, and they take them away again before I can get home to play eve.
Thats so mean!

missions are still worth doing - you can still get better agents or work toward smore level 3 agents.

Well, either way it's not "unprofessional" to remove a potential exploit temporarily.
I understand your excited to get your hands on some implants Daes. but you're seriously overreacting to what is a common occurrence - CCP catches an exploit and puts a temporary cork in a hole until they can fix it.
I for one will be doing Agent missions all day (or until Isabel knocks my power out).

Hmmm, GM tells me Sentinel dropping 10 drones instead of 1 is not added intentionally, so I exploit petition and they fix this but not the unintentional drone drops ?
Don't tell me pirates are so much harder, pre patch 2 shots from 425mm rail, post patch 2 shots from 425mm rail with reduced damage modifier from the nerfs.
I was hoping to find some implants as well tonight, I guess I better work towards my lvl 3 agents

If they fix this within 1-2 days it'll be fine.
If they take until next client patch... I would not blame anyone who went to Iceland with a baseball bat. If this takes until next patch to fix it's going to be an *INSANE* advantage for those that received implants.

This is kind of upsetting... didn't do missions yesterday due to buggy EVE.
Working today, so no Eve. And when I get home to play Eve, the feature is gone.

No lvl 3 agents, but i was able to buy 4 implants and got them hooked up, really saves a lot of time

Indeed... would be even more fun if one could actually salvage the implants from the corpses (with some sort of repair, mayhaps?) Could result in a new EVE profession, literal head hunters. :s

I did not notice any thing odd in the items info and only got 1 every 5th mission so I done see what was being exploited.
On the other hand I was patrolling and the rats were dropping stacks of 10 drones.

What's the exploit? Will they take away the implants others have already gotten using this exploit?
P.S. Only a moron or someone that hacked your accounts cash would pay 250 million for a basic implant.

The exploit is possibly that you take the implant out and its effects remain, so you can put another one in and take THAT out, etc. for cumulative. |
