This started about 3 weeks ago. The launcher is stuck in offline mode. I've been starting the game via the .exe file in the bin folder. But as of a week ago I've gone 3 days without being able to login at all cause it keeps trying to do a 23 mb update. I have to uninstall an reinstall (which DOES NOT fix it.)
This is completely unacceptable as I've lost training time on 4 characters from not being able to update their training ques...
When can I expect a fix? Or is there one that I can't find? I have looked. |

Does anyone know how to fix this? Couldn't play again last night until I uninstalled and reinstalled the game....getting quite annoying. |

Hi,
since todays server problems after DT i can't login anymore.
Either the launcher doesn't startup most of the time (4 out of 5 trys) or the game
says it can't connect to server.
Have problems getting a stable connection to the eve online homepage also.
Sometimes says "Cannot connect to Server".
Don't think it is a problem only i have, since many other people, for instance in the
eveger forum, experience it, too.

Looks like this might be a localized issue. Since you mentioned eveger, and Amelines traceroute goes through Germany too, it looks like only Germans are affected at the moment. I can't connect either and my traceroute also gets stuck. |

Those who have posted above, could you please tell me which Provider you have? Mine is Deutsche Telekom.
Also, my tracert ends on a VeriSign server in Washington DC, I'm fairly sure it shouldn't go that way xD |

I'm also on a DTAG connection and can observe the same phenomenon. The packets go a few hops through DTAG nets, and then to AMS-IX (195.69.145.232), from where they are forwarded to VeriSign (199.16.95.154), which is where they get stuck. |

I've contacted them (t-online business) and asked if they knew that there are routing problems with verisign servers, as this not only an eve related problem for me, but to no avail. Maybe they really don't know of any problem or they don't wanna tell, They've tried to convince me, that the problem must be on my side (as usual).  |

Same issue here in Switzerland...
Even the work around is not working; "Unable to connect to selected server"

My launcher isn't working too (Germany, Telekom) and in addition I'm timing out when going to support.eveonline.com.
At least the workaround established a connection to the game server.
I followed the instructions here https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/EVE_Launcher_Issues_and_Workarounds
but can't submit a petition. |
