After extensive talks , between the CEO's of ICT and SRS , an agreement has been reached which will bring ICT's BPC sales and production services back to Minmatar space. ICT has several Minmatar directors who are anxious to begin operations in their native areas once again. ICT's BPC sales operation will resume service in the area as well restoring easy access to their extensive BPC collection to the Minmatar Regions. Although ICT does not participate in the slave trade and has had a long standing ban on slave trading by its members they have agreed to repatriate any slaves which may come into their possession in the future , delivering them to an SRS representative. This agreement also includes an NAP between ICT , SRS and MTW , who has recently been at war with SRS. ICT and MTW will leave SRS to deliver their message throught the empires freely.

This is very good news indeed, and I have no doubts that it will be a mutual beneficial move, for both yourself, and the Minmatar regions.
Best of luck.

An excellent example of how Minmatar politics work for all to see and judge.
Then again, the Republic needs all the manpower they can get, with all it's people fleeing in droves.

Well done ICT. ------ Originally by: Gazon In any case, the whole affair had one lasting effect: Awarding Stormriders the label of ridiculous drug addicts with a tendency towards utterly foolish actions.

On behalf of Stormriders I would like to officially confirm the cessation of hostilities between SRS and ICT as well as between SRS and Metalworks after multiple discussions we have arrived at mutually beneficial terms. While the objective we had initially set out to achieve -that is, the removal of these corporations from the Amarr Empire- proved unfeasible, we believe that the outflux of products from the Amarrian economy may in fact prove more damaging than if we had forced these corporations to leave. Stormriders wishes you well and promises to come to your aid should you recieve repricussions from Amarrian loyalists or the Empire itself for your actions.
We also hope that the end of this war will allow us to focus more on targets in regions closer to our acting base of operations, such as the Bleak Lands and Devoid, so as to conduct our strikes in a more time-efficient manner.

Such actions have consequences.
Are you ready for what is to come? Will those who beat you into blubbering submission help you when those consequences claim your operational fleets?
I think not.
Aegis Militia offered to assist your corporation and it's peaceful pilots in your time of persecution. Your stunted leadership decided that cowering to pirates would be a preferrable course of action. I hope this fact is well remembered in the days of whining soon to issue forth from your office.

Edited by: Silver Night on 28/04/2006 22:53:07 Edited by: Silver Night on 28/04/2006 22:52:14 Stunted? I'm not that short admiral, and fail to see why personal insults need to come into it. Anyway, ICT is not a combat corporation. Nor are we an Empire loyal corporation. We operate in all empires, though for logistics reasons we had recently not had a presence in Minmatar space. Since we don't trade in slaves, we don't have many to turn over, and that would be our responsibility anyway, as they are our slaves, pursuant to Amarr law. It is the holders perrogative as to whetehr a slave is released isn't it?
Anyway, where exactly was AM when we were being hunted by the SRS terrorists? You certainly talked to us. But I don't remember seeing any AM ships fighting alongside our pilots. And what sort of repercussions? You would, perhaps, punish an industrial corporation for not allowing itself to be annihilated? You know thier original goal was to make us leave Amarr space, you are threatening to help them achieve that? Waht a small corporation couldn't do, your alliance might accomplish. And I'm sure SRS would be right there, cheering you along.
In the past, I have respected you Admiral, and AM. You follow your beliefs and do what you think is right. Did I make a mistake? Would you then sink to the tactics of the terrorists, trying to force others onto a path through intimidation?
Edit: Additionally, I fail to see how a large non-combat corp reaching a mutually beneficial resolution to a conflict is cowering. Yes, we are simply shattered at having to take some Minmatar money along with the Amarr and Caldari, and Gallente, and Alliance, and freelancer, and CONCORD money we already get. We not only reached an agreement that is beneficial to us, we didn't give in to the SRS's stated demands. People can grow old and die, or more likely be podded, waiting for words to protect them. We did what was needed to ensure the continued prosperity of ICT. And from where I'm standing, I fail to see how it is detrimental to the Amarr empire, or how it coudl be considered cowering. I await your explanation.
Edit2: And Derek, you bastard, no making fun of the forums I frequent :P

Are you or are you not an ICT Director? I would count that as ICT leadership, despite such a ridiculous disclaimer. _______________________

This is a message to all ICT members.
Please hold all views about this to "Corp chat" only. There is a diplomatic solution coming to all of this. We are a neutral corp that builds items for the general market.

We at ICT realise we have made a mistake in forming an affiliation with Stormriders and renounce all friendly dealings we have had with them. We do not support piracy or terrorism. We respectfully reside in Amarr space and abide by their laws.We maintain business in all of the Eve universe and all are considered nuetral until reported otherwise.

Edited by: Asbury on 08/05/2006 03:46:18 Silver Night is indeed an ICT director , a most Senior and esteemed director infact. His statement is the most accurate in this thread and need not have had a disclaimer attached / other than that he did not submit it to his fellow directors beforehand / a formality he need not concern himself with. He may speak for me at any time.
