Just out of curiousity, any other EVE players skate often. Im a massive skater(blades not boards  ) but i have nothing against boarders....
Now for the big question, how can i sk8 and play eve at the same time!?!

I'm out skateBoarding every day (when its dry) for about 5years now, used to blade once before but it wasnt my thing till i got some wood under my feets.
To get skating and EVEing under one hat i go out with my skate as soon as i'm back home from work, skate till i'm tired and till its too dark to see anything and go then back home login in EVE.
thats about it
btw i have nothing against bladers either, as soon as they dont snake my run or behave like idiots

Was the 80's man, you didn't haev a pair of bauers and have the ability to fly round backwards at full pelt, you were nothing
I think i still got um in the loft somewhere, little bit older now, but skating was something i loved doing, i might dust them off in the summer for oldtimes sake.

Heh i remember my scating lessons i passed but my instructor had no idea how i did it.......
Its because i dont scate i run on the ice while wearing scates apparently.
Im just as fast as anyone too.

My first "modern" board was a Schmit Stick: Lucero. Yeah, the first series. :)
Never had one of the third gen boards which were a hybrid between the "freestyle" boards and the common wide concaved boards.
I think I actually have some of my era '74-'76 OJ wheels on an old fiberglass board at my parents house.
Yeah, talk about OG!! :P
Shoot, I'm too old to be messing around with boards anymore. I'm more a Moountainbike'n kinda person now. Heh, even though I broke both of my arms screwing around a few years ago. :(
