NAP-contract
between Tundragon and True Space Walkers corp
º1 Tundragon pirates, further called TDG are not allowed to attack or destroy assets of the True Space Walkers, further called TSW. "Assets" includes all ships, escape pods, player owned stations and all kind of other stationairy or non-stationairy space-objects.
º1b TSW ships are not allowed to attack TDG ships.
º1c TDG ships do not escort or defend TSW ships. While in one system together only "passive defense" by TDG presence is guaranteed.
º2 If assets are accendently destroyed, then TDG guarantees a full reimburstment of all lost equipment.
º2b Lost assets need documentation to be reimbursted, for example a killmail.
º3 Both corps have to set +10 standing to each other.
º4 To prevent accidents, TSW ships are not allowed to stay longer than 2 minutes within the same grid (visual contact) with TDG ships.
º5 TSW corp guarantees that our recruitment topic is kept on page one of the forum "crime and punishment" by adding nice comments about TDG ships, TG pilots or TDG activitys daily.
º6 This contract automatically ends when this topic reaches page 5 of the forum or can be ended at any time by one of both corps.

I am surprised you just noticed that... I did that within minutes of getting through.
call us even now, you set a trap I fell in, you gave a way out that gave you something you wanted, I tricked it. trick(trap) me I trick back :)
Add my name to the list if you wish, I really don't care tbh. when I see a pirate I usually expect them to attack me anyway since I have no rep with any of the pirate corps yet.
I don't give respect to anyone who holds me ransom, but I do like TDG from what I have seen so far, a bunch a guys (and girl/girls)who know how to have fun and are fair to newbs (giving them alternatives for not having money). Def better than the pirates that go into newb space routes and just kill and pod kill everyone they see coming through regardless of ship/age/cargo. But I still have my own code, and that's not to take orders/**** from anyone who I am not in some sort of working partnership with or seeking it.

That would be their prerogative with anyone they encounter, my corp mates or otherwise. you won't find my self, or anyone in my corp complaining about it. Pirates are Pirates, some have honor we can respect (like TDG), others don't. Regardless of who, you won't find me giving in to demands too easily.

I don't really care much for public opinion tbh. untrustworthy? you can never trust me as an oponent to "play by your rules" if I get attacked/ransomed without reason. Everyone has their own set of rules that they play by. some people even believe that piracy is dishonest and low, yet still are very pvp orientated. others believe it is simply a part of the game society and something they enjoy with their own code of honor. which some believe is not worthy to be called honorable at all (piracy).
I give my trust and respect to those who earn it or are neutral, not hostile entities. So label me how you like. If you earn my respect on the battle field or politically, then I will return the favor. But otherwise or until then, gl hf.

I don't really care much for public opinion tbh. untrustworthy? you can never trust me as an oponent to "play by your rules" if I get attacked/ransomed without reason. Everyone has their own set of rules that they play by. some people even believe that piracy is dishonest and low, yet still are very pvp orientated. others believe it is simply a part of the game society and something they enjoy with their own code of honor. which some believe is not worthy to be called honorable at all (piracy).
I give my trust and respect to those who earn it or are neutral, not hostile entities. So label me how you like. If you earn my respect on the battle field or politically, then I will return the favor. But otherwise or until then, gl hf.

I posted enough on this thread for you to get my perspective.
p.s. Yakuza Vanu is the name of my old Outfit in PlanetSide on the Johari Server which was one of the top 3 spec ops small outfits on the server. Virus and Keepers of Johari being the other two.
I have fought many duels with "hostile entities" throughout my time in EVE. I've made everything from temporary ceasefires to allow us to dock and refit our ships (so we can continue fighting) to even allowing both sides to watch fights without shooting each other. Why? Because its a game, and doing such things is fun.
You claim that because TDG is a "hostile entity" that you can ignore your honor and break a deal you made with them--mind you, a damn good deal. They offered you what 99% of the time you would have no chance to get, and yet you backstabbed them on the deal.
You are scum.
You have even worse morals than a scammer--at least they admit that they're scamming you.
If you don't believe in a deal, don't agree to it. This is the same thing I say to those who violate 1v1s--if you don't want a 1v1, just say you don't want to do it. Its that simple. If you want to get podded instead of posting, simply don't post.

i would never do that, and most of the pirates i've seen around wouldn't either. I can't deny that there are some people who would, but in general, the pirates seem more trustworthy than the prey.

These TDG guys are a nasty bunch, fair but nasty.
Held a whole system ransom, was great to see teamwork.
