I haven't been in the bond business for awhile (I made a brief and not altogether successful foray into nullsec). I am not sure whether or not I'll be offering regular bonds again but, at the moment, I have most of my capital tied up and need a temporary loan while I move stock. This is technically two different bonds as I have collateral for the first five billion ISK, the terms are as follows:
TERMS FOR FIRST 5 BILLION
Total Bond Size: 5 Billion ISK
Rate: 3%
Bonds: 1 billion each (I would prefer one investor for this so that they could hold the collateral instead of my having to employ a third party)
Collateral: 7 Machariels
Length: 3 weeks
TERMS FOR SECOND 5 BILLION
Total Bond Size: 5 Billion ISK
Rate: 7%
Bonds: 1 billion each
Collateral: None
Length: 3 weeks
PLAN AND RISK
My previous style of trading favored station trading but I have begun to participate in regional arbitrage more and more and this constitutes the majority of my business at this point. While I previously did the hauling myself I now contract everything through Red Frog Freight. As far as normal risk go (that my products be set on fire and exploded) this helps minimalize much of the exposure I (and therefor investors) have to any losses.
The real risk is, as always, that I am a scammer. I do not normally offer collateral, as I usually have anything on hand to serve as collateral, but I currently have a small stack of Machariels not doing all that much. So, for the collaterilized half, there's not big risk of default (or, at least, an investor being hurt by a default). The other half is business as usual, all I can do is point to my previous bonds (right down there), remark that I'm just an all around nice guy, and hopefully offer an appropriate level of reward for your risk in the form of a higher interest rate.

Also, I just realized I neglected to put a start date. I don't think I should have much trouble by setting it at the end of the day on the 18th Eve Time.

Scott Petterson and I spoke and he expressed interest but wanted to take a day to look at the Machariel market, to which I agreed. Unfortunately he had not got back to me (I sent him an Eve mail yesterday). To keep everything on schedule I'll just have to move on. Genoir was the next to make an offer (and conveniently enough for the remainder of bond 2 as well). It's his is he'll have it. I'll be sending a message to both he and Arancar Australis. |

I have set up a contract to exchange 5,150,000,000 ISK for the return of the collateral of the first bond and both Genoir and Arancar Australis have been sent principle and interest repayments of 4,280,000,000 ISK and 1,070,000,000 ISK respectively to close out the second. |
