We gained valuable intel about PvP from our kills of your caps. We gained valuable insights into how to more efficiently/quickly roll holes scouting your fleet on the static. Our corporation initially kind of wanted to keep a "low profile" to survive in C5 space, but took a chance on a high-profile set of kills, and learned that trying to stay under the radar in C5/C6 space as a non-terrible PvP entity is unlikely. I still think the eviction of a PvP-oriented corp is a slight overreaction to the loss of 3 dreads, but I understand that QEX was kind of bored doing the same damn thing every day :-) Glad to offer them a change of pace.

That's a great question! The Fighting Otters live on, but I think we might shed a member or two in the aftermath. I very rarely participated in capital escalations, preferring to earn income on an Incursion alt and via our static C3 when time allowed, so my personal wormhole lifestyle will be largely unaffected. Despite my frequent advice regarding PvE fits that I test out on Sisi on the forum, I'm in W-space for the pew. Given that we've always targeted staying small and close-knit, that of course will be a blow, so once we figure it out we'll probably want to recruit a small handful of new members. We don't want IOS to become another Talocan, so "tiny but fierce" remains a priority. Mad props to our two new members who -- knowing full well we're under multiple wardecs and have been evicted -- joined the Otters anyway. That's bad-ass; I don't think I'd have the stones to do that. For now? We're spread to the four winds. Weekends are when most of us make time for PvP ops (target-rich environment), so most of us are screwing around in lower-class holes this weekend, looking forward to dunking on/getting dunked by Marmites in hisec when we get an opportunity, and bunking with some friendly & hospitable W-Space blues who made some room for smelly homeless Otters. We have enough spare ISK "collectively" to bootstrap into a new C5, and that's fun space to play in despite the omnipresent eviction threat, but today we're kind of in "evaluate & process" mode. We have a couple of scouts (including my more-scout-than-pew main, writing here) left back in the old hole to watch/harass as the POSs come out of reinforced, but that's about it. I may play a bit on my Incursion alt this weekend to build up reserves for some T3s and a capital or two, as long as the drama isn't too high and people are willing to put up with my terrible jokes on comms. Are we giving up? On the old hole, yeah. Props to the QEX guys on their hole control. It was pretty spectacular; the moment we'd get a scout out, they'd roll the route away within seconds. On wormholes? Hell no. And given the opportunity, we'd do it exactly the same way again. Well, we probably would not have decided that this week post-QEX-cap-kill was a good time to get back on a regular escalation schedule instead of trying for PvP every night :-)

Also we sell limited amount of licences per month, therefore we always have targets to shoot. And if u think this price is not low, as I see from ur previous bit sarcastic post , I suggest u check ur farming methods, for proper c5-6 carebears 15b is just 3-4 days of relaxed farm. With that in mind, I was about to write another sarcastic/funny response, but my teammates reminded me, "...thinking it might be a good idea not to poke the bear in any way, shape, or form for the next little while," and to keep my head down a bit on the forum. After all, my buddies and I did just totally get our butts thoroughly and unquestionably kicked. I don't want to be a sore loser. I do wish there were some easy way to leave you a basket of fruit and a bottle of vodka :-) This made for a GREAT story that I'm looking forward to releasing in a few segments. Without sarcasm, but with plenty of chagrin, I say "Thank you!" From my point of view, every person is a hero in his or her own story, and I really want to reflect that in my writing.

Watching this thread unfold was pretty funny I have to say. 10/10! Moral of the story, don't poke the bear when you come off well during a capital engagement of all things. It was your downfall in the end, and you didn't have anyone else jumping in to help save you because we all saw it unfolding on the EVEO forums of all places. This of course is just my honest opinion.

Nothing more nothing less. Its hard to say that we evicted this guys as long as we didnt loose any capitals to them, and more, we are not going to evict Adhocrats (we lost some caps to them) - we like to pvp, to have good fights, and if we loose sometimes- well u cant win without loosing. IOS guys now have two options, take it as personal revenge, feel pain and vanish in nowhere or take it as a good lesson, make some 'working on mistakes' talks, check the fittings, skill plans, tactics etc, im sure there is always room to improve.
