Hi
i am thinking of a ant HAC setup (Cyclone) 1v1 (Vagabond) is it passable?
5x 220mm Vulcan auto cannon II
2x med NOS
2x warp scrambler
1x weber
1 x 10MN Afterburner II or may be 100MN if it will fit
1x Large Extender II
1x Med T2 Armor Rep
3x Hardners (Exp,Ther,Kin)
Now i know what you are all going to say WTF shield and Armor tank!
But i am looking for that hard ship feel and i should win on cap, shieds, and armor,
I out do a Hac on all 3.

No chance as long as the vagabond orbits you around 20km. With his bonuses, he can hit you with Barrage ammo at that range and take you down. You're only chance would be to web him and keep him around 10km range, but obviously that's not going to happen against the fastest HAC in the game.

And with good cause.
You won't have enough cap to tank both shield and armor, and even if you did you would be better advised to boost/repair more in stead of splitting your modules into two different categories.
Shield + armor = apples + oranges. You might as well be using all turret types at the same time.

Most Vaga setups dont realy rely on cap minus scram and the MINUTE cap for ac's needed as they passive tank, they will proberly beat you on sheilds (reists into effect) speed and damage and dont need to worry about cap.
With a sheild tank barrage ammo wont do that much damage as it would against armor ( mainly explosive damage ect) and will orbit at 20~ish k liike said.
From my experience flying a Vaga sheild tanked cyclone= tough, armor= peice of ****.
Have a strong feeling you wont be able to kill most vagas with it but you maybe able to fend them off at least but nothing is impossible and i could be totaly wrong of course.
ps. youll prolly ned all your mid slot for scrams seems alot of vagas pack 5 lows with stabs :/
