I am a t2 cruise raven guy... love the ship and it really only has one glaring weakness when shield/energy/missle skills are maxed (or close)... the above topic line... i got into a scrap recently and there was nothing i could do but watch my pathetic fof make pretty lights while dancing with about 10 med/light drones... so i answer this question with 2 t2 smartbombs or a eccm t2 mod... (i played with a vamp dom and one lg smartbomb was not the answer)... the above answers i came up with is kicking my arse with loss of nos def/off or tank... would enjoy input from raven pilots that have encountered and addressed same

A guy ive flown with swears by the ECCM pulse thing ? or whatever the hell it is for disabling drones 
tbh though I have no idea how long it takes the drones to relock afterwards.. havent tested

ECM burst won't save you, I think nothing will
wow, there's a way to kill a raven? thank god, finally
*edit: in theory you could ECM burst and hope to hit the ship with it too... then HOPE to lock him faster than he locks you, and hit him with your own ECM... that's about it

Ever since Domis got that 10% dmg/HP to drones per lvl 
NosplatedECMing Domi = no tackling
You need to kill it fast or jam the hell out of it and be sure to have a heavy tank if those drones start hitting you.

One day Jammers will only be uber on ships that are made for the role, and hopefully after that day, inties will lose damage bonuses, and get tackling ones.
But yeah, 1 large SB isn't all that hot for heavy drones, takes forever to kill them, and short of seeing precision FoF cruise missiles, you won't really kill the drones in any other way.
Unless you can get close enough to the domi to ecm burst it I suppose.
I'd love to see an EMP weapon with about a 10km radius that could have a % chance of disabling any active mod for a short while.

I use my dominix to good effect against Raven pilots, too bad I can never kill the raven 1v1, they always manage to warp off :(
