Last week tensions between Empire and 0.0 exploded into a battle of epic proportions. Empire, frustrated with blue ice prices and suicide ganking began assaulting the Eve-O forums. CCP responded, banning recruitment scamming in the recruitment channel and removing insurance payouts when a player is killed by CONCORD. This aggression was not without retort, as our own DurrHurrDurr struck back, crafting a strongly worded letter to CCP, stating that we, the nullsec players, will not stand by idly and allow the continued slavery of ice mining and oppression of our recruitment scamming.
In a show of unfortunate belligerence, CCP banned Durr. CCP fired the first shots in a civil war between empire and 0.0. President Montolio Lincoln has put out the call for volunteers to put down this rebellion. 7500 pilots have already signed up, including our long-time friends Elite Space Guild and new friends Pandemic Legion.

On a related note, United Highsec Front, led by TEST Alliance's former military director Xystance has volunteered to organize the defense of Chribba and 9UY. We've got a core of battle tested nullsec FC's who are ready for whatever special snowflakes En'emu decides to make people ship into. If you take things to far you get restrictions, it's as simple as that.
Pvpers (not all) are good at taking things to far.
The Goons are a prime example of taking things too far and you are TEST and associated with the Goons, enough said. |

I think accidentally tossing SBUs up on your own system is more fun without the story, since it brings to mind Goons accidentally the sov bill and other wacky shenanigans (say it again, Farva) that only people like Goons can readily recover from.
Otherwise it's HiSec Lifer misunderstands NullSec mechanics, story at 11. Blah.
As for Chribba, I think White Noise stopped by last time someone tried it, plus defensive Sov mechanics are easier to understand (though just as hard to implement), so the Hisec Lifers have a chance in their active cruise Ravens. |

Well your partially right but then again very wrong. Having lived in ~A~ space as a renter and member of ~A~ then up in the north with the russians gaining a unique understanding.
Not sure how to explain it but i will try my best. Gangs form and slowly getting rganized eventually being considered or pulled into the Mafia Family. Yeah like family members we fight amongst ourselves but when someone puts their nose it expect it to get bloodied.
Can 0.0 operate solely without empire side support? yes.
