I've just been looking long and hard at the tier 3 BS concept drawings and ive noticed something disturbing
I count eight clearly defined turret hard points on the Amarr and Minmatar tier 3 illustration. But on the Gallente Tier 3 i only count four. Four at the front and the opposing four at the back.
To me this screams out split weapon system which is the last thing any gallente pilot wants.
Now am i being paranoid and just reading too much into it or do i have a valid concern?

The other concept arts reflect the ingame reality pretty good. I don't think he'd be allowed to publish them when they're pretty far from the target.

I think the problem is that you're not thinking in three dimensions. Presumably, the ship will have some width to it, and therefore will have a matching set of guns on the unseen side of the ship.
But... it's all just wild speculation and gesticulation at this point.

I don't care if people say "The other stuff on there looks normal"... So what? He made drawings, good for him... prove they were made before the objects were released.
Its still just concept art.

well, personally I like that idea.... IMO 8 high slots, 5 turret hardpoints, 5 missile hardpoints would be swell. or maybe just 4 and 5... whichever... I think that'd rock.
but maybe I'm just weird.

Well, Gallente already have a good gunship in the Megathron. 7 Turrets + Drones is despicable, really.
So I'm thinking the Tier 3 Gallente ship will be a different kind of beast.
Dominx = Not many high slots, LOTS of drones
Mega-T = 7 Turrets, 2 launchers, fair drone bay
Tier 3 = ???

God, no. Speaking as someone with gallente bs 5, I'd go ape**** if the tier 3 gallente BS was a split ship.
Although, it looks like it's going to be a dampening ship, in which case it will be the celestis' big brother - and the celestis is a split ship.
