But they do in Catch, or at least did have it when they set SA to 0.0, and Catch is our only way to empire so..

I don't run agent missions, but yes I've been in empire the last few days--mainly because my graphics card died and going into any fleet battle, let alone flying in space with my current backup card would probably crash it . When the x800GTO2 I ordered comes in a few days, I'll be back . P.S.
