Finally, my new vid is complete and rendered.
This is my biggest (and i think best) project yet.
Everything that could go wrong in production DID go wrong. It took me about 4 days solid rendering to get close to the quality i wanted and the final render took 8 hours to do.
Plus some nice footage got lost in the process (vagabond vs thanatanos) etc
But all in all im quite happy with the vid.
This movie is about us going back to piratting, all the footage you see is done within the first week of setting up Br0ken Rudder.
So expect piratting as piratting is (some people like it some may not)
In this movie i fly allot of Vagabonds, Stabbers and Tempests. (yay for minmatar)
Keeping in mind not everyone has a kick-ass connection i have made a lowres version too.
(though i MUST insist you download the highres)

Sick speeds, am manually mirroring the file as it was larger than 500MB, the mirror copy should be up in about 10 min.

By using the new download links, eg dl.eve-files.com you will automaticly chose by all mirrors available thus reducing the single load on the main server. (dl.eve-files.com is pointing to currently 3 servers).
So make sure you use dl.eve-files.com in your links to get the most out of my network. Thanks :)

Maybe you only have 396mb free on your C: drive, it downloads the file into temporary files there before it transfers it to the drive you want it to safe in.

Excellent synch, good choice of music and good picture quality (548MB yeah! :) ).
Some nice overlaying effects here and there and the subtile added sound effects was a nice touch!
One of the better pirate movies to come out, I do like to see more even fights
and even though that Ferox fight was very nice it doesnt have enough for the hole thing.
But then again, pirating isnt about being fair now is it?

True, this is only 7 days worth of footage and, well as you say pirating isnt about being fair, either you kill people really fast, or they dock or come and blob you (i love when they do that)
Nice fights do come, but its rare and ganks are more frequent.
My intentions with this movie were to set down a image of what day to day piratting is.
I just hope i have captuered that part correctly, and put it on display for people to enjoy.

I rarely download movies but the comments made previously got me wondering and so after a big d/l and a codec problem i finally got to watching what has to be one of the best movies i ever seen...
The res was good, the kills showed your skills as a pilot and the teamwork between your gang, the stabber gang where you had three of you on cycles... how on earth did you manage to keep him there and not loose a ship i can only respect immensely...
Music was also very good, with alot of movies coming out there can be a tendancy for repetition but there was some fresh sounds in there and it worked well...
I look forward to more vid's from you in the future (yes that means more pirating which i cant believe im supporting but for this i will make an exception)

I need to get closer to get in my optimal for the 220mm II , they do hit at 15km, but not nearly as good.

Its frapsed at 1152x864 resolution at 25 FPS, this resolution is the MAX fraps can fraps at (exluding widescreen resolutions) if you take a higher resolution like 1280x960 fraps will automaticly go in half-resolution and your footage will lose quality in the process.

after fiddling with the stabber i wanted to have AT LEAST medium guns on there (dual 180mm) for the shipbonus.
In the lowslots it was either: RCU + medium repper + 800 plate (wich i found sucked)
So instaid i fitted: 2x small II armor repper (repairs same amount as 1 medium II but half cap) and a 800 plate.
worked a charm for me, but as allways it all comes down to what you want to do with the ship.

Yes great stuff. You know what made me laugh was the fact that it was nice to see close up explosions in great detail,hehe!!. Noticed a lot of heavy stuff go down, order of the day seems to be phoons, ravens, ruptures well anything that pretty much gets in ya way,lol. Now I know how to scan myself now thanks to that vid,hehehe!!.
Is a great vid of how you lot operate.
Remind me not to be in anything bar a Titan if we ever fall out,lol.

Also proves my point on how god damn evil vaga's are, whether its taking out BS with support at hand, or shield tanking like a super-human, they are certainly one of the best HACs out there.

Although I'm not a pirate I have to say that once again you've shown your skills at pvp as well as creating a great movie from it.
It would've been better if I hadn't known a number of the players but good job.

eve-files crapped up again on 1/4 or whatever but I did not need any more.
All this can tell me is: "Why did You give T2-cruisers that where great even better stats with the last patch?"
Nevermind, video was ok technically. But laughing off at T1 cruisers engaging while being in a ship that is woth 25 times for a reason makes me call out "Amarr bwoy slow down". BS attitude mate, aks your mother.

i liked the video, there was alot of solo stuff in there so it wasnt all blob warfare.
Should try and alternate the music tho, i like disturbed but it was giving me headache 2wards end heh.
Top stuff tho, Why do people insist on npc'in in Akora, it has 2 belts ud think they'd learn when i was there with Biomass. Hope you gave the guys at Otosela a good go they love to bait.
Tho must say ur vid doesnt wana make me fly a vagabond lol makes me wana fly Apoc or something Amarrian with alot of cap, you were red lining so much in that vid made me wana cry  lol

As a very new player to Eve, I have to say this is pretty freaking impressive (at least to me). Watching him take out a battleship, while tanking another battleship, was pretty sick. I can't wait till I have some skills and funds to get into some PvP!
