I've been wondering this awhile. I have two high sp accounts (plus another that can scout/scan). One can fly about any subcap with near max skills, and one tengu focused pilot that can also fly a domi with good skills. Lets say PI and reactions are a low priority. Is the best content for me C3 sites, which can be run either solo or with two ships? is there c4 stuff thats comfortable to do with two ships?
Should I go for a c2 with a HS and C3 static? I also like lowsec statics because of chances to do exploration or pvp, plus lowsec static is sufficiently easy/convenient access to empire if I'm not moving heavy industry-related stuff. But i hear c2 content is kinda dull or unrewarding, so I'm not so sure about a c2 with c2/LS static. Other option would be C3 w/ a single lowsec static, then I could do lowsec stuff if my c3 is empty, but I'm not so sure about how well that would work.
I know a fair amount about wormholes, and scanned my way through many of them, but i've never lived in one or done anything beyond a bit of pvp or the occasional daytrip (which i think would work better as week-trips). |

C2-C3/LS is a really good choice for the reasons you list, imo. |

With 2 rr domis you should be able to do C1-4 sites.
If you add in a max skilled booster and redo the domi fits a bit you can also do some c5 sites (or solo them in a marauder).
If you want anytime access to a lowsec then go with a C3>Low, otherwise a C4>C3 or C4>C2(not sure you get these). |

The ONLY issue I have with C4s is the range at which everything orbits...I hated chasing down the sleepers back in the day. Though a sentry Domi may not have much of an issue, I can't say for sure though because I don't have the experience. |

From what i can tell my choices are C2-C2/LS or C2-C3/HS. C2-C3/LS doesn't appear to exist.
Booster alt isn't happening, although if i could do c4's that could be good. C4 with C3 static could be a possibility. |

I use this Fitting from time to time in C3s and it works just fine for dualboxing.

I am not sure if C4 sites are doable "comfortably" with only two domies. You need 1500 tank and 100km range (or insene mjd skills which i dont have). |

You can do 2 domi's for c4 space but it requires pimp or very good micromanagement. Sleeper information sanctum & frontier barracks 2nd waves will be very challenging. You'd need to kill one bs fast to reduce the dps. I'd train the scout acct to atleast be able to fly a rep cruiser then t2 logi. With a 2 domi & 1 logi; you can easily clear 300m an hour. |

Oh, worst thing about c3 sites atleast with domis are the cruisers & frigs. Sentry domis shine vs bs sleepers & cruisers that love to orbit at 60k. |

Ehyea, if it were one of our guys I'd tell him to go into a C3. A C4/C3 or a C2/C3/HS if you want to maximize your ability to farm, a C3/LS if you want to have the most safety.
Living in the C3 means you will be able to get back to your POS easier and shut the hole down for sites, having it as your static means you can cycle it if you get a C3 without enough sites. Author of the Karen 162 blog. Karen Galeo is running for CSM9! |

IMHO if you are that skilled, you should bring your Corp into one of the c5 or c6 alliances that would love to have some extra pilots around. There are several small ones, ours included, that are always looking for wormhole experienced players with lower class wormhole knowledge that are ready to make the leap up to the higher end content. Why sell yourself short? |

I personally run a solo Loki in my C3 sites with ease. We live in a C3/LS so the logistics are too easy when it comes to getting stuff from K-Space. Although at times it can be hard to find sites to run "every" day without another WH static. But I do a lot of PI to compensate my time and ISK income. PI will be essential if you want to go into a WH that doesn't have a K-Space static in regards to POS fuel, there isn't anything better than only having to haul in ice products when providing fuel to your tower.
If you are a 2-man single player corp I would def. suggest trying a C3 before moving up to the high class WHs just to get your feet wet (got to get used to the life a little).
Or you could just join an Alliance set up in a C5, set up your own POS, and see how it goes. If you have the starting ISK capital there is nothing better for learning then just diving right into it. |

That sounds pretty good the more I think about it. Easy logistics, I've got PI skills, it really would be just for me, so getting a static to be able to constantly farm isn't a huge deal, plus I could always roll my lowsec static. |

You dont have to live in a c2 to have access to c3 sites...
c4-c3 is a good idea, and they arent nearly as heavily occupied as c2-c3/hs ( which c2-c3/ls does not exist)
Dont have to worry about caps rolling in, and wont get bothered constantly with your ease of access to highsec.
The c3's will always go to k-space, so you can always roll for a highsec when you want.
Source: i did this for about 6 months before moving up to c4-c4 when we were all marauder 5

I live in a C2. The only thing the sites are good for are is bait (which is what we wanted). The ISK we get from them just isn't worth the ships we have to put on the line to run the sites. That said most people say that you should plan on the ISK coming from framing the static. So a hole with a C3 static sounds pretty good. I know violence isn't the answer. I got it wrong on purpose. |
