At the moment EVE Online promotes unrealistically clean shaven, almost anti-body-hair and unhealthy vision of sci-fi future citizens. I find this very troubling. For new generation of players, who perhaps are not familiar with their own growing bodies, pushing this hairless idea of a man may distance themselves from reality, to fight this I would like CCP to offer more immersive experience. Also we have this more mature audience, who might already have their own beards and are burning to let their battle torn epics to experience virtual reality.
In my opinion it has been far too long wait for rebalancing of the beards. I hereby recommend that CCP should consider adding uncontrolled, luxurious and ferocious beard models for avatar creation. And not to disappoint the characters which populate over half of eve population - the ladies. I have seen some impressive staches on females, why not add a feature for female characters to have some style on top of their lips.
I am hopefully speaking in the voice of silent but even more hairy majority, but I tell you brothers in beards. The wait is over if we unite! |

i wont take advantage of the beard but i do like to see a man with a beard, tickles the inside of the thighs :)
long flowing beards in pod goo tho, that could be an issue.
ccp could add a graphics glitch to all beard wearers just for balance sake, the linge the beard the harder it is to see what your doing. |

Need better facial hair. Just look at my avatar over there. Do you think my character in his introspective and socially condescending hermitage takes the time to manscape his hirsute visage while the coiffure above is allowed to effervesce unimpeded, impressing it's own magnificence upon the plebian masses?
No. CCP. We need beards. Big beards up to chest length. Straight haired, braided, curly, pube beards, all of them. |

I too feel adolescent with this meager beard. Every time I get podded I think to myself, perhaps today is my day, perhaps I'll awaken with a full and respectable beard. I get out of the cloning vat and literally run to mirror with anticipation, disappointment always follows.
