Im still new, and Im a little confused about when/where your security rating goes down for blowing up/podding someone. And if in low ses (0.1 - 0.4), if you kill someone, CONCORD comes after you or not.
Id there a FAQ somewhere that shows this type of info all on one page? Like what you can/cannot do in 0.0, 0.1-0.4, and 0.5-1.0? And what penalties you get for the actions you take in those as well? (e.g., how much your sec status gets lowered for blowing up/podding people in all 3 kinds of space)
If there isnt, couldnt someone give me an overview?

as far as i understand it goes like this
if u attack someone in .5 or higher concord comes to kill you.
and you lose sec status for attacking
if you attack someone in low security you still lose security status but concord will not come , but if you are near a stargate or a station you will have turrets firing at you.
If you pod someone you take a big hit in security status.
now in 0.0 you dont lose any security status if u attack or pod someone., the same goes if you are at war w/ someone , even if you are in concord space.
if you security status gets too low you will start getting blocked out of higher security regions of space.

Attacking someone in Empire space gives a sec hit of -0.5%.
Popping a ship that didnt shoot back gives an extra of -2%. If the ship does fight back, there is no sec hit for popping it.
Podding gives around 12% i think.
If you're sec status is close to 0, a hit of -2% will lower your status by around -0.2. So you can attack quite some ships before the sec status gets nasty.
You cant enter 1.0 anymore from -2 on i think. From there it goes down in steps of .5 in sec status to 0.5 systems for sec -5.
In 00 you dont get a sec hit for anything and there are no sentry guns at the gates anymore (!); stations i dont know.
Some however have a slightly positive sec rating (which gets rounded down to 00) and those do have sentry guns. So watch out.
