If you're looking for a corporation that is used to recruiting new players and in fact only focuses on recruiting players with less than 15 million skillpoints so that the corporation can grow as a whole then I'll recommend "Reasonable People".
It's a ~110 man corporation that specialise in small gang PvP and lives in null-sec. They offer a great experience for newbies, but they're "Anti-Douchebag" so if you're enjoy being in a corporation that smack talks in local, or posts silly stuff during fleets then they aren't for you. They want mature pilots who act that way at least 95% of the time.

Beside that would I recommend you follow what sparks your interest or makes you curious. There are plenty of corporations who would take in new players . Some offers expertise in certain areas and some "claim" to do abit of everything. I been in the game for 3 years now, and my experience is that it doesn't matter what you do as long as it's with the right people.

Hey Rajirr,
From one fairly new player to another, welcome to EVE! I hope you're having a blast learning all about the wide Universe of EVE.
