I'm interested in hearing peoples oppinion on what would be the ideal character (race, bloodline and skills) to use as a covert ops / recon pilot? If you are up to it, motivate your suggestions. I don't know alot of these pilots so I have no clue what they train etc. Learning is fun, hehe 
- Race?
- Bloodline?
- Starting attributes?
- Ship?
- Skills?
What are your experience and thoughts about the role of these pilots? Do you feel they are worthy in combat as well or just stelth operations? I've read that a caldari manticore with good missile skills can be really evil when it comes to sniping out ships.

I got my alt in a manticore.
-Caladari
-Unknown
-Per/wilpower max (you need missile skilz)
-Mantcore
-Cov ops IV Cruise missle V (tech2 missiles)Corse frig V
Also got lots of ewar skils, You are best of to use your main to do dmg. and use the cov opp bomb,er to jam or sensordamnen him. This works nice, but not so easy the first times.
Try it on small ships before you go and do battleships :)

I'm a Caldari character (as you can tell) with very balanced attributes.
- Race? Whatever you feel like becoming.
- Ship? Here is what I cam fly: Note I do have Caldari Frigate to 5 so I can use their covert ops frigate mainly. This also allows me to use the stealth bomber.
Covert Ops Frigate:
Buzzard (Caldari), Anathema (Amarr)
Stealth Bomber:
Manticore (Caldari), Purifier (Amarr)
Recon Ships:
Pilgrim and Curse (Amarr) Two of the best recon ships available in my opinion for PVP.
- Skills?
A lot of recon/covert skills are universal. So if you train for one race, you're only Cruiser 5 and/or Frigate 5 away from another race's coverts.
