I got lucky and came across a Rattlesnake bpc! 
Instead of Auctioning the built ship, I decided I would try a lottery and see how it pans out. 
So here's the deal:
Ticket Number: 220
Price per ticket: 10 Million isk
Maximum number per person: 10
Run time: Ticket sales will end at 9.00 EvE time on the 16th of May, or when all tickets are sold out, and the draw will be done the same day as ticket sales finish.
How to purchase: Isk is to be sent to Theoraden, with a note on it mentioning the lotto, you will recieve an eve-mail confirming the ticket purchase, and informing you of your ticket numbers within 1 day.
If the ticket sales do not reach 200 by this date, then the isk will be refunded to everyone.

So selling a Rattlesnake BPC at no less than 2 bil while actually selling it to a lucky guy at only 100 mil (at most or only 10 mil), cool idea.

^^ It will be a built Rattlesnake (Will be built once I have the minerals). And yes its a good idea, but i'll admit, its not my own idea  .

Why people would enter a lottery with a total value in tickets so much higher than the actual value of the lottery's reward is beyond me. 
No one would buy a rattlesnake for 2.2bill, and thusly a lottery with this amount invested gives unfair odds per isk invested.

^^ I take it you do not understand a lottery or gambling. One offers people a chance to win, for a price a small fraction of the prize. Its enterprising, takes effort, and fetches a profit for the organizers effort. So take your roll-eyes elsewhere.

I understand those all fine ... I also just happen to notice that u looted this bpc and are simply trying to get more for it than u could otherwise.
Further, what garantee do they have that u won't simply throw the lottery to an alt/friend/etc?

If the original poster is inclined, I can help remove any trace of scamming if he uses the Fraudproof(tm) method I invented for the ticket numbers.

Yeah, he'll constantly send ships at you that you have to blow up, over and over again, and eventually you'll be so bored of killing him, you'll give him the ship to leave you alone.
