OK I have been sort of lucky and have got myself a BPO for Sabretooth Fury Light missiles. And am doing a bit of market research.
I am already a small producer, so I intend to hold on to this and start to manufacture, and I was wondering how much would you buy them for?
Lets try to keep it serious and be a bit realistic with the answers, but I would obviously like to see most missile users moving over to tech 2, and this is only going to happen if they are priced correctly.
At this time it seems to me that most tech 2 ammo is priced pretty high, and this discourages people from using it. I would like to get my print manufacturing 24/7 to maximise my profits, but there is no profit if they dont sell.

Heh, nice name old chap (fnarr).
There are issues with T2, not the least the fact that there are penalties for fitting it which make it less appealing, especially to agent runners - who lets face it are likely to be the largest missile consumers in game. I personally entered my Foxfire Javelin print into Tech2 Ammo Holdings to get the maximum output from it. My initial builds I did on my own (about 200k units IIRC) still havent all sold, and I have had the print since December. There is a market but it doesnt always seem to matter what the price is. Good Luck.

Well this post has been hanging around a while, with only 1 reply. I think that means that these things are nothing more than expensive door stops.
I have to admit though that even with the print I am wondering if it is worth the skill training time to use em

The T2 ammo is highly specialized. Arties/Rails/Beams have a very longrange ammo and a shortrange big damaging one. Autocannons/Blasters/Pulses have a very shortrange ammo that deals much dmg and a falloff modifying one (Pulses got more range instead of falloff). Precision/javelin msls do more damage to smaller targets and rage/fury do more damage to same/bigger targets.
Also T2 ammo has quite low production cost and together with not so big need there is an oversupply at the market, causing the prices to fall. When you put into calculation the BPOs, buying one for 1-2b, selling all the time would be some time till you make up the money that you spend it aquiring it. BUT the prices are going down all the time due to the manufacturers competing each other AND they don't sell out, making the value of the BPO fall down day by day. _____________________________
